Search for clients by postcode only and not radial
Our areas are defined by postcodes so to be able to search for all clients within a postcode area would be very handy

Contract workflow bookings to include the option for setting different working patterns
Not everyone is contracted 5 or 7 days a week for the same hours. In fact, someone working 9-5 monday to friday is pretty unusual for us. Currently you can only enter a start date and time and a finish date and time. There's no way of making it for only three days of the week with different start and finish times. The booking displays on the availability tab as either monday to friday with the same start and finish time, or if you have included weekends, then all seven days, which is only going to confuse candidates who should…

Archive documents
Alternative file storage - multiple documents - I have added some 'additional document' spaces,but wonder if there is a better solution. Archiving section, out of sight but accessible - some loaded documents would need to be recompleted at certain intervals, most affected being the DVLA check (every 3 months) - so recruiters would need to remove the current uploaded document and replace with new check, we would like to retain the previous checks but FF only offers a detele option. Accounts email - temp workflow
Sending email to accounts when a candidate has been moved to the Availability Pool for a job.

Extract a booking sheet with candidates
Ability to extract booking sheets that include full candidate details for each shift, as the current export only shows the shifts themselves. This limitation creates manual work when sending booking information to clients and prevents efficient reporting on booked workers, holidays, and availability.

Candidate Portal - Gerneral Doc
The ability to add default documents to the candidate portal so that candidates can download the documents, completed and upload them back to the portal.
Along side this it would be good to have the ability to control which docs each candidate can view.

It would be massively useful for us to have RICS Recruit to be integrated to FireFish as it's a key job board that we use.

AWR Improvements
The current AWR function only allows us to see how many candidates have been in a placement after a certain time period.
In order for this to be tracked accurately it would beneficial to have a week counter that showed the total number of weeks that a candidate has been in the jobs, while also factoring breaks in the contract (e.g. holidays).
It would also be beneficial to have a location to save the AWR entitlements (e.g. holidays, pay rate etc), in a space that is linked t the placement and the company record.6 votes -

upload multiple files
I deal with construction workers, and each of them got loads of various certifications, and having to upload them one by one takes a very long time.
It'd be great if we could drag and drop multiple files simultaneously to the candidate's documents tab.

All compliance details fields to show on the advert apply page, even if one is already populated

Candidate Search Result Columns - Last Placed Date
When in the search results it would be good to have a column available that shows the date when the candidate was last placed in a job.
