Candidate Specific ReportsThe ability to report on a single candidates record or create a custom list of candidates that are manually added to the list and then report on information from those candidates. The reporting fields would include everything from the candidate record such as notes, call and tab from summary all the way to if they have a document attached 3 votes

maximum document upload size increaseThe current maximum document size is 10mb but when a candidate is providing a portfolio which has a lot of images you can very quickly exceed this. Report on expiring compliance detailsCurrently, it is not possible to report on expiring compliance details within the reports dashboard. The expiry date of compliance details shows as a column, however it would be good to be able to report on details that are expiring in the upcoming week/ month. 3 votes

Stop CV library from autopopulating Skills to the Firefish databaseIt appears that if a candidate has completed their skills profile within their portal of CV library that those skills are automatically fed into the Firefish database too which means we are seeing lots of irrelevant skills being added to our already long list. 3 votes

Customise Names of Probability ThumbsTo be able able to change the names of the probability levels on a job (The Thumbs up). The current terms are not always appropriate and this would benefit users when looking at Forecasted Probability in the reports dashboard. 3 votes

Log all updates to existing placements/extensionsWhen updating e-sign contracts, existing placements and extensions only the original action is logged. This then gets updated. It would be useful to retain a log of updates for auditing. 3 votes

Autopopulate the Forecasted sales on jobs when the expected fee or min/max salary is adjustedCurrently the autopopulate only works when you first add the job if the salary and % is inputted. If you update thereafter, it is not included. 3 votes

check box granting permission for Consultant to spec CV to contactsIt would be great if there was a check box for candidates to check granting permission to consultant to spec CV to contacts.
