Compliance Rules on previous answers
Secondary mandatory compliance based on response - at the moment, we can turn compliance on and off but some areas/sections we need to be mandatory for certain workers or certain job roles, so current option only allows 'all or nothing'. - We cannot make share code check madatory as it doesn’t apply to all workers but, can we make is mandatory based on the response to 'Nationality'. - We need to make driver compliance mandatory but not all workers are drivers. Report on candiates availability
The team needs a report that shows candidate availability and blocked-out dates, as the current system does not allow this data to be extracted. This gap forces manual tracking, reduces visibility of workforce capacity, and impacts planning and scheduling efficienc

General Compliance - Override
With the addition of the general compliance. We need the ability to override this on a candidate record.
We need the ability to override from compliant to 'DO NOT PLACE' in in the event of a concern/complaint being raised against a worker. In the case of a medication error, for example, a full reflective statement and an interview would be required as a minimum before the nurse would be able to return to work.

The ability to have a pre-populated template of Boolean search strings that can be added and edited to a Boolean search.

Enable a feature to be able to add and save custom terms that are not purely on salary - for example exclusive/multi-agency or flat fees.

Warning when placing a candidate that is already currently in a live placement
When you place a candidate in a contract job there is not currently a warning telling you that this candidate is already in a live contract.
This would be good to have a fast paced temp desk as their could be several people talking to the same candidate for different roles and cannot always rely on the candidate letting the recruiter know.

Have an option that emails all the candidates in a job workflow when the job is filled. Ideally the template would be editable and push the candidate back to the customer website or candidate portal

Reference Request - Follow Up Action
Right now when doing a reference request follow up on the to do list you are not able to do this for referees that are not a existing contact in Firefish. This is because the follow up is a contact action and without the contact record the action can't be assigned to any record.
We would be looking to change this to allow us to be able to follow up on references regardless of whether they are a contact or not. This is because not always will you want references from candidates to be contact in our database as they…

Compliance Details - Ability to hide indiviual dropdown/text/doc/date types
When setting up a new compliance detail you have the ability to hide the details on the candidate portal.
This doesn't work when you only need to hide maybe the date and doc field but the candidate still needs to complete the text and dropdown field as once you hide the detail the whole thing is hidden for the candidate.
We need the ability to hide the individual detail types/tabs when creating these.

Update file name of accounts.csv placement export
Update Name of the Accounts.csv export that is generated when placements are created to make it unique by adding a data/timestamp or id number to the name of the file.

Introduce a setting on universal search to dictate if archived/deleted records will show as well as live records
At the moment you have to go into the advanced search on one particular section (candidate, contact, etc) and search for archived/deleted records.
