  3. Choose what classes a candidate as engaged

    For the engagement indicators you should be able to choose what actions class a candidate as engaged.

  4. The ability to change the company on a job

    This would be particularly helpful if the wrong company is assigned to the job in error, i.e. a parent company instead of a child company

  7. Have a column to show the Start and End dates to the Candidates Recruitment tab to save you clicking through

    On the candidate record, when you have multiple recruitment hires against a candidate you cannot quickly see which placement they are currently in and when each of them started and ended without clicking into each one to check. A filter to review the start/end dates or a column added would be great!

    The ability to add custom fields to existing forms (eg: registration, contact us) so they can specify the details that need to be collected.

    When hovering over a candidate's name in a search, talent pool or in the job workflow, it would be helpful to see the most recent note. I have added a screenshot where this would be beneficial to view.

  10. Display colours for disciplines or specialisations

    Add the ability to link colours to specific disciplines or specialisations, and have those colours displayed on the job list page so that potential candidates can easily spot roles that would be suitable to their skills.

  11. Import call transcripts and use Chat GTP and the candidates CV to create candidate sales profiles.

    If you could combine the information taken in a phone call with the data from a CV and utilise Chat GP to create a a sales profile that lives in Firefish and could be used to market out candidates to prospects that would save so much time

  13. Make Job Profile attaching to Candidate CV Sent Email optional

    At the moment when you send a candidate CV to a client via the job workflow, an auto email is populated to the candidate to inform them their CV has been sent and attaches the Job Profile if one has been added to the job.

    It would be good if attaching the Job Profile to the email was optional...A setting in general settings to switch off attaching the job profile to the candidate.

    On the search list I like the ability to ignore but when being more selective it would be good to only tick the ones people / companies that I want to keep so it is he opposite of ignore

  18. Do not contact candidate for certain period but stay on database

    We have a lot of candidates who have said they want to stay on our database but not to be contacted for 3, 6 or 12 month periods. It would be great to have a colour attached to candidate saying don't contact for a certain period

  19. Optimise images in emails to improve branding/ look and readability of emails sent from Firefish

    When adding images into emails to incorporate our branding and to spruce up emails so they don’t look like a plain text email, the images aren’t optimised for both desktop and mobile. As a result, the images are blurry on desktop/ mobile when the emails are sent and this limits the use of images and videos in emails sent from this platform.
    It would be great if this could be considered as a development please, as all other email platforms I’ve used in the past have had this function embedded into their system. It will really improve the look of…

  20. Documents from email to Details tab

    It would be handy if when adding documents from the Outlook add-in that there is a choice to add them into either the Details tab or Document tab, not just the documents tab on the candidate profile. The details tab is where the candidate uploads them when they login themselves, so makes sense to be able to add them there if they email documents in
