    As far as I know, it is only possible to have 2 associations/relationships between companies. It would be beneficial for us to have a 3rd option

  5. Different Colours to Identify Contacts Candidates Jobs Companies at a glance

    Hi - having just joined FF, would it be a good idea to be able to have different colour backgrounds to identify Contacts, Candidates, Jobs Companies at a glance? We seem to be able to change the background colour which remains the same for each "page" but it would be nice to be able to see a Green background for Companies, Orange for Contacts, Blue for Jobs, Pink for Candidates?

  7. Search Result lists

    When working your way through a search result list of candidates and ticking them off as you go eventually after going into other record you lose all of the ticks and ultimately losing when you got up to on the search result. Would be good to have a feature where you don't lose where you got upto outside of opening the candidate records up in another tab

  12. Ability to select and consider candidates from one role onto another

    At the moment if you wanted to consider candidates from the 'considering' on one project, to another new project - you have to go in to each candidate to consider each individually. The option to import the considering list to another project would be very helpful and time saving.

  14. Exclusion criteria on searches

    I.e. if bulk emailing contacts but you don't want contacts from X company to show in the search results, it would be helpful to have someway to exclude them from showing in the results

  15. Choose what classes a candidate as engaged

    For the engagement indicators you should be able to choose what actions class a candidate as engaged.

  16. Be able to add Outlook Add-In against shared email inboxes

    It currently isn't possible to use the add-in on shared email inboxes which means you have to forward/move emails to a personal email inbox in order to add candidates to the system

  20. Native Marketing Integrations

    Allow integration with 3rd party platforms, e.g. email marketing platforms, without having to pay extra through Zapier.
