Contact all candidates on a job
An option to contact all candidates under one job at the same time - instead of individually emailing/texting the same update numerous times. Especially useful if there is a work update that needs distributing.

Job Title & Role
Job title and role can be considered the same thing so there is a risk of user error around this. It would be good to be able to hide the job title as role is the priority criteria but also to have an option to move role to the profile tab of the candidate record

Make Recruiter notes Editable
All other note types are editable, but Recruiter notes aren’t – which means that if a mistake is made eg on rate, or if something changes during the process, the note can’t be updated. Our recruiters are much keener on using the normal Notes directly on the profile because they are editable, but we want to keep the great functionality and visibility of the Recruiter notes. They need to be editable both from the profile, and from the Considering list

Send Teams Invites for Interviews/Meetings
We currently confirm our recruiter interviews through FireFish and then have to book the Teams video meeting through Teams on Outlook. In effect sending the candidate two emails.
It would be great if we could send teams invites to candidates directly through Firefish.

Projected Sales based on Days Booked
We need the number of days per month to reflect the number of days we have sold in the period (ie if 6 days are sold over a 6 month period, it should show as 1 day per month)

Actions From Leads
Please allow users to take Actions/Bulk Actions from the Leads Dashboard - this would allow us to manage these much better and move people through the pipeline and send comms in bulk.

The ability to add additional mail merge fields to instant message templates in addition to first name. These fields could be for things such as Job Title, Rates etc.
