  1. Create a new formatted CV in Candidate Side Panel

    When i a job workflow, if a previous formatted CV exists, you need to go into the candidate record if you want to create a new formatted CV rather than editing exisitng one.

  4. Further Improvement to SEO Redirects

    After implementing more prominent messaging for closed job adverts and disabling the apply button, there’s an additional issue to address. Currently, closed job adverts remain visible in Google search results, which is causing clutter and inflating the number of indexed pages in the search console.

    While closed adverts are intentionally kept accessible for up to two weeks post-closing to assist candidates, it's proposed that these pages automatically (or manually on a monthly basis) receive a "no index, no follow" tag after 30 days. This change would ensure Google stops crawling these pages, reducing outdated search results and improving SEO performance.

  5. Warning when deleting certifications

    Warning when 'deleting' certifications. Easy to accidentally hit the red x instead of edit pencil. When removing documents and employment history they have a warning, should have the same on certifications to prevent errors.

  8. Possible to get a catergory for new starters within firefish, where a profile could be made for people looking to transition into OEG?

    When recruiting new technicians or people transitioning into the industry - Is there a folder within Firefish where all people looking at coming into the industry could be captured and not just for one specific job? Columns to be added to filter experience with mechanical, hydraulic o electrical backgrounds along with level of education, focusing on NVQL3, apprenticeships etc.

  9. On the reports dashboard, display/give the option to show the KPI targets in comparison to ACTUAL activity logged

    e.g. Offers Received KPI to be listed on the same graph as actual offers received, mirroring current KPI section on the main dashboard

  10. The ability to copy last years' KPI targets

    It can be time consuming, especially for target teams to reset KPI targets in January. It would be a big time saver if we could just copy from last year.

  11. Log Candidate Detail updates in Recent Activity

    Log Recent Activity updates each time a candidate detail is updated (answer, by who, when). Not only will this make an audit trail, but it will also make detail updates reportable.

  13. Additional Custom Fields on Temp Workflow

    We require 3 additional text fields on the Temp Workflow so we can remove manual updates external to Firefish from our processes - would it be possible to add more custom fields to the temp workflow.

  14. Add all recruiter notes from the job to the "post it" box - and make them editable

    There seems to have been a change in functionality - previously all recruiter notes were concatenated into the "Post It" box when moving from Considering to Recruiter Interview and beyond. Now it seems that only the most recent note is moved across - and given that this often just says something like "Kathryn to screen" as the last step, it holds no value without all the other communication that has gone before it.

    Also, given that the recruiter notes are not editable in the side bar, I am finding it very hard to persuade the team to use them without…

  16. Contact Unsubscribe - when link double clicked it shouldn't tell them they are already unsubscribed

    At the moment if the link is clicked in quick succession they get a message saying they're already unsubscribed, this shouldn't be the case

    It would be really helpful if the Candidate Owner could be added as a field to the Potential Matches tab on Jobs. Then Recruiters could check through their own candidate lists more easily.

  20. Restrict user levels to not being able to log an end date on a temp/contract placement

    But they should still be able to log terminations.

    I am looking to do that as we really want a notification of drop outs now we have the setting in place.
