Archive documents
Alternative file storage - multiple documents - I have added some 'additional document' spaces,but wonder if there is a better solution. Archiving section, out of sight but accessible - some loaded documents would need to be recompleted at certain intervals, most affected being the DVLA check (every 3 months) - so recruiters would need to remove the current uploaded document and replace with new check, we would like to retain the previous checks but FF only offers a detele option. Compliance Rules on previous answers
Secondary mandatory compliance based on response - at the moment, we can turn compliance on and off but some areas/sections we need to be mandatory for certain workers or certain job roles, so current option only allows 'all or nothing'. - We cannot make share code check madatory as it doesn’t apply to all workers but, can we make is mandatory based on the response to 'Nationality'. - We need to make driver compliance mandatory but not all workers are drivers. Extract a booking sheet with candidates
Ability to extract booking sheets that include full candidate details for each shift, as the current export only shows the shifts themselves. This limitation creates manual work when sending booking information to clients and prevents efficient reporting on booked workers, holidays, and availability.

Indeed Posting to Muliple locations
The current Indeed integration only allows a single location based on the advert’s postcode, which prevents adverts from being shown in multiple relevant areas. This forces users to manually duplicate adverts in several regions to achieve correct visibility. Create the ability to untick or disable posting to Indeed when needed, and to explore whether the integration can support multi-location targeting.

Temps report out on home screen
It would be helpful to have a visual on the home screen of a live list of contractors, alongside weekly revenue they are generating alongside KPIs and Sales Plan.
I don't know if this possible already?

Child Company Creation Confusion
When adding a child company:
The search box only shows parent companies, not existing child companies.
This has caused accidental duplicates.
Ideally it would show existing child companies, but greyed out so that we can see if there is an existing Child company for this site, even if it is already assigned to another parent company.1 vote -
Company Search doesn't show full name when adding contacts.
When linking a contact to a company the company results that appear when typing in the company name cut off the name if it is too long, this can make it difficult to select the right name if the client has multiple sites in different locations. Can we widen the results that come up so the full name appears of each company.

Add Additional Rates in Contract/Temp Workflow to Reports
Currently Additional Rates E.g. Overtime/ Weekend rates are not available to show on the reports dashboard, we would like to view this when reporting on our placements.

Add contacts to a target list
Where we have talent pools for candidates, it'd be useful to have the ability to manually add specific contacts (or companies) to a target list (not a saved search). For example, an individual consultant's top 200 most relevant contacts.
