Favicon for Google Jobs and Phone / Tablet desktop shortcut
This idea improves the professional appearance of a Firefish website / Google Job company logo.
If you view a job on Google Jobs that has been posted by a Firefish template website - you get a rectangular logo, rather than a professional looking favicon (see attachment)
The same applies when you add a shortcut on your phone to a Firefish template website via 'Add to Home' screen. In our case we either get an "O" or a 'House' symbol (see attachment)
We suggest creating an ability to upload Apple, Android and Internet Favicons of the correct pixel dimensions to illustrate…

Ability to Upload Multiple 'other' documents
in advert and web registration forms, need the ability to be able to upload multiple documents rather than just the CV

Refresh/ Repopulate the formatted CV
It would be good if a user has a way to more easily refresh/repopulate the merge field values in a formatted CV.
Currently a user would have to create a new formatted CV to bring in newer values.

View time spent at each stage of the job workflow
It would be good to view the time each candidate has spent at each stage of the job workflow - e.g. Considering, Interviews, CV Sent - on the Reports Dashboard.
It would also be good to filter by Job/Company.

Include "not" functionality in searches
Sometimes you need to exclude people from the search fields and having a Not or a does not contain option is really helpful

Add meeting type and meeting date to follow up note
We would like to be able to report on meetings that have taken place in the previous time period - ie there were 5 Intro meetings last week, and then to be able to easily see the notes associated with those meetings. It's currently only reportable on the date the note was added, which may be different - and the meetibg type is lost, it's just a general note.

ability to bulk edit data
In our previous CRM admins were able to bulk edit data to keep in clean. Examples include changing marketing subscriptions in bulk to no, when the email address hasn't been entered. It may be just because we have recently migrated and are still cleaning up our data but we are finding a fair amount of manual clean up going on

Notes on Email Actions
Allow a user to add notes when sending emails throughout the system.

Page to stay the same when scrolling profiles in the side panel preview
When you click through to the next profile in the side panel view, it always defaults back to the profile tab. It would be logical if it could stay on the CV tab as you are scrolling.

Report on Contact Hiring Preferences
On the Reports Dashboard, you can show Contact Hiring Preferences (Discipline / Location Area / Specialisation Area) as a data column within the Contact module, but currently there is no way of filtering on them or visualising them as a grouping.
We would like to be able to see Contact Hiring Preferences as a grouping and to be able to filter on these too.

Avoid the meeting setup step when going into Recruiter Interview,
Our recruiter interviews are not normally planned in advance - or not formally at the point where the candidate is moved into Recruiter Interview. Whilst we have amended the email out to be much more generic about timing, it's annoying to have to go through all the clicks to set up a dummy interview before sending. A checkbox to skip meeting setup or similar would be very helpful.

The ability to group reports (eg Sales activity, Revenue) by client company [Company Reporting]
There are lots of different things that we need to report on at client company level such as sales activity, sales revenue, projected sales, active jobs. The team is frustrated by the fact that we can get client company into the data behind the dashboard, but that we can't group it to display dynamically - instead we have to export the data and manipulate it outside Firefish

Manual Registration Email Template - Password Merge Field
Within Email Templates > Candidate > Registration > Manual Registration. It would be good to have the ability to add a password merge field for the portal so that when you are manually registering a candidate and use the legitimate interest option a password is generated for the portal allowing them to login.

the ability to rename the bulk email template titles
Not the subject line, the actual name of the template

Export Contact List that can has been updated
When exporting a contact list - the resulting Excel document is a standard format document with pre-set columns - as opposed to the updated version in a search with just the columns I have selected.
This option is available for candidates and companies - why not contacts?For example, when searching for duplicate contacts the exported document has one column for first name and one column for second name which doesn't help when you want to search a full name.
