  1. Downloading Documents from website

    When site visitors are downloading reports or documents from your website it would be good to implement the requirement for that person to register to the database before having the ability to download the documents.

    With the space available to the right of the candidates preferences / rates in the canidate profile heading, could you add the contact details for quicker access tio these - contact number(s) and email adress

  3. On the 'Applications' tab of an advert screen, it would be sooooo useful if the candidates desired salary was shown

    I realise you can hover over the candidate's name to reveal this info but if it had its own column you could then sort people into desired salary

  4. Formatted CV preview to accurately reflect the downloaded version of the CV

    Currently the formatted cv preview can look different to the actual document when it is downloaded (some formatting looks to be removed and the alignment is off). It ought to be a like-for-like reflection

  7. When opening a calendar with a date already logged in the past, it would be better to open on today's date rather than the old date

    I.e. on Availability field on the candidate record. The previous date might be years ago, so we need to free type in order to update (or skip ahead month-by-month which is time consuming)

  10. Add progress bar to CV on Spec emails

    Similar to the progress bar that shows when bulk email and bulk CV on spec emails are being sent it would be good to add this into the send CV on spec workflow in the potential Matches tab of Candidate/Contact.

    It would be useful to see a Contacts previous employment history on their front page as opposed to having to search for companies left in filters

  13. Field automation - when certain answers are chosen on one field, other fields are auto updated

    I.e. When a candidate is selected as inside IR35 on the Job summary page, the IR35 Framework Agreement and IR35 Status Determination are made blank on the candidate record

  14. Multiple Subscription Levels

    It would be great if candidates and contacts could sign up for different marketing types. At present the options are job alerts (candidate only) and marketing opted in/out. It would be good if they could have more flexibility over the general marketing side.

  19. Be able to create a new company within linkedin by using the firefish plugin

    Speed up the creation of new companies within the system by utilising the firefish plugin when on LinkedIn, instead of manually having to create the company directly in firefish

  20. Import a list of names from CSV when creating talent pools

    To be able to upload a list of names or firefish ID's into a talent pool to easily be able to create a pool of users with out adding each in manually if they didn't fit the requirements of the creation of the pool.
