Report on Archive / Unarchive actions
The user Task for archiving, unarchiving and deleting candidates and contacts is missing from the reports dashboard.
It would be good if we could include this for completeness in reporting.

Candidate Details - Restructure for better viewing by the recruiter
When you require quite a high number of custom compliance details for candidates it can be very difficult to keep a track on with the current structure as it creates the details in one giant list with no option to create sub headings meaning you are forever scrolling trying to find what you are looking for.
A good suggestion would be if we could add in category headers to the details tab so that you can easily find what details you are looking for.

LinkedIn Extension - Note field
When adding records from LinkedIn it would be useful to have a notes section where you can add a few lines in while using the extension in stead of having to go into the system to do this one the record is created.

Add Forecasted sales Information to Job Record Header
Currently, when reporting on forecasted sales in the sales section near the bottom of a job record, you must enter the forecasted sales and date. However, these entries do not automatically appear in the report unless you update the probability thumbs at the top of the page. This requires users to scroll back to the top to update the thumbs after completing the forecasted information. To streamline this process, we propose relocating the probability thumbs next to the forecasted sales fields, as they are closely related. This change would enhance user efficiency and improve the overall workflow.

Separate Scroll for Recent Activity
It would be great if the recent activity panel on the right had its own scroll for moving through the recent actions, whilst the main tab you are viewing on the record stays in situ.
This would allow users to view the profile information, whilst scrolling back to previous sms/emails etc for example.

List 'reference received' in recent activity, when added via FF email extension, instead of directly through FF
At the moment, the 'reference received' notification is only shown in recent activity of a candidates profile, if uploaded directly in FF. A lot of the time, I add the references from an email in outlook, through the FF extension, but then this doesn't show in recent activity

As far as I know, it is only possible to have 2 associations/relationships between companies. It would be beneficial for us to have a 3rd option

Send Cover Letter Document when sending CV's
If a candidate has a cover letter uploaded, this should be attached automatically to CV Sends

Ability to log calls on a job rather than a note - Tag to candidates and clients also
To be able to log a call on a job that also tags the client and the candidate i.e logging interview feedback, updates on jobs and aftercare.

Be able to click on an email attachment to open it from within the recent activity of everyone
It would be great to be able to click on an attachment from an email sent on clients and candidates in the recent activity.
i.e clicking on the CV's sent to jobs so you know what the client has received, or to open the terms of business variation that was sent to remind yourself of what you sent them. Click on job details sent to candidates etc.
