Search Activity by Date
Hi - it would be useful to be able to search activity on a record (candidate / contact) by date. For example, being able to sort by oldest to newest to check original notes / comments / interaction

Conditional ownership visibility for unowned records
Currently, ownership visibility is all or nothing. Either every user sees every record, or visibility is restricted so a user can only see and log activity on records they own. Agencies running an exclusive ownership model need the restricted setting to protect notes on live accounts.
The problem is that this also hides every record with no owner. Dormant clients, accounts needing re-engagement, lapsed prospects and anything sitting in a central pool all become inaccessible. Users get access denied and cannot log a call or progress the record without first taking ownership, which forces ownership changes that have nothing to…

Further keyword searching on jobs
It would be good for the keyword searching on jobs to be expanded to include more than just the job title. To include preferences, boolean and header/pinned notes.

When enriching contacts it would be good to be able to configure so you can choose whether to enrich just email or a contact number or both fields.

Assign contacts on associated companies
When running radius searches to spec CVs to contacts, it would be beneficial for contacts aligned to parent sites to be returned if the child site postcode is within the search criteria. Assigning hiring managers across parent and the option of selected child sites would resolve this.

Mobile number being deleted when adding candidates.
When you add a candidate onto the system, it requires you to add their name/ email address and phone number. Then when they have a profile on FF, the phone number is the only thing that hasn’t transferred across so you then have to find the number and copy it into the boxes again. Is there’s a way to stop the phone number deleting, and just transfer into the candidate like everything else does?
