Further keyword searching on jobs
It would be good for the keyword searching on jobs to be expanded to include more than just the job title. To include preferences, boolean and header/pinned notes.

Assign contacts on associated companies
When running radius searches to spec CVs to contacts, it would be beneficial for contacts aligned to parent sites to be returned if the child site postcode is within the search criteria. Assigning hiring managers across parent and the option of selected child sites would resolve this.

Mobile number being deleted when adding candidates.
When you add a candidate onto the system, it requires you to add their name/ email address and phone number. Then when they have a profile on FF, the phone number is the only thing that hasn’t transferred across so you then have to find the number and copy it into the boxes again. Is there’s a way to stop the phone number deleting, and just transfer into the candidate like everything else does?

Being able to have a test message thread rather than creating a new message every time

Ability to upload a document under 'benefits' tab on clients
Most clients send a document of benefits and it's time consuming copying each bit into the relevant boxes - would be handy to have a clear place to store the benefits document. Or even better, if the system can use that document to populate the 'benefits' boxes.
