  3. Placement starter report

    It is not possible to build a placement starter report to show all contractors starting today/this week.

    The problem is that the reports you can currently build also shows placements that have been terminated causing a contractor to show twice in the report, once for the placement and once for the termination.

    It would be good if we could report on placements that start in a specific time period filtering out placements that have subsequently been terminated.

  4. Adjust the character limit on company header to allow the full company name to show

    At the moment it is limited to align with the tab options in the header, but sometimes the company name is longer than this.

  6. Projected Sales based on Days Booked

    We need the number of days per month to reflect the number of days we have sold in the period (ie if 6 days are sold over a 6 month period, it should show as 1 day per month)

  8. AWR Improvements

    The current AWR function only allows us to see how many candidates have been in a placement after a certain time period.
    In order for this to be tracked accurately it would beneficial to have a week counter that showed the total number of weeks that a candidate has been in the jobs, while also factoring breaks in the contract (e.g. holidays).
    It would also be beneficial to have a location to save the AWR entitlements (e.g. holidays, pay rate etc), in a space that is linked t the placement and the company record.

  13. Reference request improvements

    When requesting a reference, it would be great if the email could include a link to a form, that once completed automatically uploads the reference into Firefish.

  14. Add Expense Capture

    We now have the Time Capture functionality, it would be great if we could have an Expense Capture facility which will enable us to capture approved expenses a candidate has each week with the ability to upload a copy of the receipt(s) against each expense.

  15. Web: Ability to change all button text across templates

    Currently on some templates (e.g. Mandarin) we cannot edit text on certain buttons in the header and other parts of the site, such as the Submit a Brief button.

    It would be good to be able so that the language of the button matches the rest of our site.

  16. User Control On Search Bar Results

    give users the ability to determine how many results show on the universal search bar. The current 5 is a bit low for some. Also the ability to select which modules are searched, i.e. just people or people and companies.

  18. User Management - Breaking down the ability to delete candidates to different modules

    break down the Candidate Deletion Single user permission to the different modules so that user have the ability to delete candidates via the advert application but not have access to do this on live searches and on the candidate records.

  19. share cv with team

    It'd be nice to have the ability to share a CV internally directly from the CRM to our work colleagues without having to shortlist them to a job.

    For example, I've got a candidate who applied for a job with me that is not suitable for the role, but I wanted to show his CV to a colleague, who might have a potential job in a different department.

  20. Allow the disabling of any field across records

    Allow any field across candidate, contact and Job records to be disabled in the settings, so as to streamline the process that consultants follow when filling in records and only focussing on the relevant info.
