It would be good if the Shift Scheduler allowed rest days and shift configuration so users could determine what can be overlapped.

Create automated placement check reminders
Would it be possible to create bespoke automations for example, on placing a candidate - from Day 1 check reminders, to Month 1, Month 3 and Probation period pass diary reminders rather than just the system-generated ones for new starter and 3 month probation.
With the new Activities Library, we can then build out email templates to use in line with the reminders!

Availability Statuses
Ability to add in other availability statuses, currently you can set availability when a candidate is not available.
I
t would be useful if you could select unavailable Morning, Afternoon or evening (ideally make these multiple selects) and then set predefined times for each.For example - Unavailable Morning would be 6am-11am and when selected, this would block out this time on the candidate's availability.

Potential matches to exclude non compliant candidates
Within the temp job workflow you are able to exclude candidates from potential matches if they are non compliant or incomplete.
It would be good to have this in the contract workflow settings so we only view those that are compliant.
Alternatively, if there could be some form of identifier in the potential match list to show if someone is not complaint that will help with booking candidates faster
