Non chargable days to TSP

Adding candidates to system - Information to come across
When adding a new cand onto the system and you put in their email / phone number / LI URL, once the candidate has been created and opened, only the email address transfers. The phone number and LI URL are missing. Then you have to go into the candidate's profile and re-type what you have just done. Please can FF allow the system to bring that information over when we are loading cands.

Add Contacts from Associated Companies to a New Job
We can currently add contacts from associated at offer and placement stage, but why not at the Job Stage? The majority of contacts that give us jobs are head office (Parent) based, however, the job will be on a site (child).

Have email templates within the process
The new email templates in the Activity Library are excellent. It would be so helpful if we could have templates within the processes. For example, a series of 'Not Progressing' templates allows us to explain to the candidate why they were not selected/considered.

Can we add a search box in the Hiring Preferences section on contact records
Currently we have to scroll through a very long list of Hiring Preferences so we would like to add a search box to speed this up.

Profile Completeness - Dependant Fields
When we select "Not Interested" on availability for a particular workflow, the Salary/Rate associated to this workflow still flags as incomplete on the profile completeness feature.
If for example a candidate is "Not Interested" in permanent work, the salary field should no longer be required for Profile Completeness

Ideally there should be customisable fields here that show in the other report, i.e. company/site, when sent, status, who it was sent to etc

Application suitability history
Ability to rank a candidate's suitability to a job application so their profile displays a percentage score that represents if they are actually taking the time to read the job spec and meet the minimum requirements. With the large volume of ghost applications, it would be helpful to identify those that simply swipe to apply and don't know anything about the job.

Training videos
I'm a new user to Firefish and an experienced recruiter with CRMs. I've just watched the first two training videos and I've found them to be a frustrating barrier to getting up and running:
Introduction - I've used many CRMs and they all have different 'setups'. A brief summary of how the system is structured or designed to work would be great to kick off with. No detail, just an overview to set the scene and get your bearings.
Framing - there is no setup of 'in this video, you will learn' and its all spoken. No visuals. Just a…

Contract Preferences For Candidates
I think it may be beneficial for us to have a contract preference for candidates. It would make searching for candidates easier for specific jobs. For example I am working with a candidate that only wants short term roles or cover, where as other candidates only want long-term or permanent roles. IT would make the suggestions tab more reveleant also when shortlisting for jobs

Report on candidate bank details
We run payroll internally so it would be really useful if we were able to run a report which would give us the candidates' supplied bank details. This will help speed up payroll as we wont need to go into each candidate separately to get their details

Job filter ordering does not match configured dropdown order
On Marlin template job listing pages, the left-hand filter lists do not respect the configured order from System Config > Drop Downs > Preferences.
