  4. The ability to toggle preference search as 'and' instead of 'or'

    For example, we want to see people who have ticked both 'Compliance Manager' and 'Qualified Lawyer', rather than 'Compliance Manager' or 'Qualified Lawyer'

  6. Don't allow the rank to change when filters are applied on the applications tab

    At the moment, the rank on applications will change once filters are applied.

    At the least it would be nice to toggle this option off/on

  7. Scrape Direct Employer Vacancies from web

    To find jobs they are on linkedin & all the usual job boards - its just a matter of making sure the scraping is from direct employers vacancies they bring through (not agency jobs).      -  so a job is found for say a Mechanical Engineer & it brings up from your database all the Mechanical engineers registered  that might match the vacancy.

  13. Introduce a setting on universal search to dictate if archived/deleted records will show as well as live records

    At the moment you have to go into the advanced search on one particular section (candidate, contact, etc) and search for archived/deleted records.

  15. Update the CC/BCC functionality on CV sent emails

  16. Approve candidate registrations before they are added to the system

    At the moment you can review and delete, but a better system would be to alert us before the candidate is even on the system so that we can approve or deny

  17. Superuser having overall company view on homepage

    When you log in, Superusers to have an overview of all users such as temps out, timesheets due, compliance stats, etc. for the whole company instead of seeing information allocated to only themselves (as often the superusers are admin roles who dont have their own workers etc and work across everything).

    And then be able to choose the view from a whole company overview when you log int, to then narrow it either by team or by individual user. This would help with processing timesheets as you are able to narrow it to the specific teams to see which timesheets…
