  2. Do not contact candidate for certain period but stay on database

    We have a lot of candidates who have said they want to stay on our database but not to be contacted for 3, 6 or 12 month periods. It would be great to have a colour attached to candidate saying don't contact for a certain period

  3. Optimise images in emails to improve branding/ look and readability of emails sent from Firefish

    When adding images into emails to incorporate our branding and to spruce up emails so they don’t look like a plain text email, the images aren’t optimised for both desktop and mobile. As a result, the images are blurry on desktop/ mobile when the emails are sent and this limits the use of images and videos in emails sent from this platform.
    It would be great if this could be considered as a development please, as all other email platforms I’ve used in the past have had this function embedded into their system. It will really improve the look of…

  4. Documents from email to Details tab

    It would be handy if when adding documents from the Outlook add-in that there is a choice to add them into either the Details tab or Document tab, not just the documents tab on the candidate profile. The details tab is where the candidate uploads them when they login themselves, so makes sense to be able to add them there if they email documents in

  5. show latest adverts

    Order adverts so the latest adverts are always on the top. If adverts are reposted, older ones can take the top spot and push them dowm, even onto the next page. Would also be helpful to show more than 5 jobs on the page.

  7. Ability to search on multiple company statuses/industry sectors

    Be able to search on more than dropdown option for status and industry sectors
    this should have the ability to be an AND or OR search

  8. Segment email marketing responses between opened and unread

    It would be great if Firefish could segment responses for email marketing E.g. if you send out 100 emails and only 50 people open them, to then segment the 50 people who did open the email in order to keep the conversation open and candidates interested.

  10. Make the Recruiter Summary not populate when parsing a CV

  11. Companies moving to lapsed after a defined period.

    Ideally I would like to track when companies are not being contacted - moving them to lapsed after say 3 or 6months would be great.

  13. Reports Dashboard - Interview notes

    When creating a report card for job interviews there is not currently a column for interview notes to show when the interview has been attended.

    This column is already available on the candidate/contact meetings but not on the job interviews.

    Could we please get this added as an option as it would be very useful to see which interviews were attended and which not.

  14. Upload original CVs via the candidate side panel

    This will allow CV upload from anywhere there is a candidate list within the system, and it will save you needing to open the candidate record

  15. Select a CV when sending CV to a client

    When sending a CV to a client it would be good to be able to select from the list of CV's that candidate has on their record as sometime candidate will have different versions of CV's depending on the role thet are applying for.

  16. Search Map for suitable candidates

    It would be great to be able to draw a bespoke map like on Zoopla so that I can see all our suitable candidates in a certain area/commute. The visual aspect would be really helpful.

  18. Add all recruiter notes from the job to the "post it" box - and make them editable

    There seems to have been a change in functionality - previously all recruiter notes were concatenated into the "Post It" box when moving from Considering to Recruiter Interview and beyond. Now it seems that only the most recent note is moved across - and given that this often just says something like "Kathryn to screen" as the last step, it holds no value without all the other communication that has gone before it.

    Also, given that the recruiter notes are not editable in the side bar, I am finding it very hard to persuade the team to use them without…

  19. Adding candidate owner to potential matches tab on jobs

    It would be really helpful if the Candidate Owner could be added as a field to the Potential Matches tab on Jobs. Then Recruiters could check through their own candidate lists more easily.

  20. prospects tab call lists

    fish' data from prosepcts tab - into a report card, giving you the ability to create a call back list i.e. filtering a card with any orange fish for all your owned adverts, as right now you would need to click into each individual advert
