Rotating Banner Images - Barracuda Template
Would like the ability to have to rotate images on a carousel for the banner images in the Baracucda template

Include candidates with 0 salary amount in Potential Matches and include the salary category in the list
Include candidates with 0 salary amount in Potential Matches and include the salary category in the list . Also, We should be able to add 0 in "amount from" when creating a job

allow a search category for the dates in which the candidate started their current job.
Have a search criteria of the dates of the start of employment for candidates to filter those who have recently started a new job.

send notifications to everyone when a placement is made
It would be great if Firefish would display a pop-up/notification when a consultant moves a candidate to the offer accepted/placement stage.
Seeing as there are already some notifications within Firefish (about Crowdcasts or support team notifications), it could also be used to send a system-wide notification when a placement is made.
This would be really useful, particularly with hybrid working here to stay and consultants making placements whilst working from home.

attach the document to the profile that has been emailed
When we sent attachments i.e. word docs it would be great if that document automatically attached to the the candidate/contact profile - it would save a lot of time and make compliance much easier. An example is the KID doc needed for assignment details.

Integration with ActiveCampaign
Can FF consider establishing integration with ActiveCampaign - this would enable marketing automation and provide greater marketing analysis for email and social media marketing campaigns.

Documents from email to Details tab
It would be handy if when adding documents from the Outlook add-in that there is a choice to add them into either the Details tab or Document tab, not just the documents tab on the candidate profile. The details tab is where the candidate uploads them when they login themselves, so makes sense to be able to add them there if they email documents in

NPS Survey functionality
It would be great to be able to send NPS survey's out to candidates and contacts to get an indication of client and candidate satisfaction.

have one default font and text size in email templates
We have set the font as Calibri in our email templates but the default text font and size is different when you add or amend the text in the template.

Hide Details on the Profile Tab
We would like to be able to hide the details section that display on the right hand side of the candidate profile. We have a large volume of details and these create a lot of white space and make our profiles large and messy.

Pay Details Dependent on PayType
It would be great if the mandatory nature of collecting pay details could be customised depending on the pay type selection. This would allow us to ensure pay details are captured for certain pay types, whilst bypassing the requirement for others.

Reference Request Follow Up - Reference Document to attach to follow up emails
When using the reference request follow up on the to do list it doesn't currently attach the reference document from the documents library.
It would make sense for this to attach as you are sending a reminder for the reference to be completed but not attaching the document to be completed.

Make candidate, contact, company and job data fields available across all modules in reporting
include being able to group data by any field
We need to be able to group data by any field not just the included data fields from all modules in reporting to help us better understand crossover points between clients, jobs, and applicants.
Eg by customer when it's not a job report, or by a custom field.

Re-book people on to jobs they've been on previously
If a candidate has been on a job, left the job and then after a period of time rejoined the job you should be able to rebook them to the job without having to create a whole new job.

Report based on business week ending, rather than business week starting
When reporting sales based on week starting, even when setting the start to the day after our end date, the weeks in a month are not accurate all year long.
For example, we report based on week ending on Friday. When we set our reporting to 'week starting' Saturday, in October, it says there are only 4 weeks, but for us, this would be five weeks.
This would be resolved if reporting was based on week ending.
