    Allow us to set up a new job as Contract to Permanent, and also enable conversion to permanent of an existing contractor post placement. without creating a new separate permanent job.

  3. The ability to group reports (eg Sales activity, Revenue) by client company [Company Reporting]

    There are lots of different things that we need to report on at client company level such as sales activity, sales revenue, projected sales, active jobs. The team is frustrated by the fact that we can get client company into the data behind the dashboard, but that we can't group it to display dynamically - instead we have to export the data and manipulate it outside Firefish

  7. Allow us to view which attachments have been sent on emails.

    When sending an email if you attach a file - e.g a CV you cannot currently see what attachment has been sent.

    We would like to see what attachments have been added to the email so we can keep track of CV's sent if names have not been listed in the body of the email.

    With GDPR in place we do not keep a record of this in our sent boxes in our outlook and it is essential for us to keep track of our candidates.

    Hi All

    This idea has now been implemented!

    We've added the ability to see the filename of documents attached to emails sent via Firefish when you look at those emails in the Recent Activity feed on a record. This includes files that are attached to the email manually, or files from the document library.

  8. Create leads within clients and companies [BD/Lead Pipeline]

    Option to log leads against a client / contact record and have somewhere to track the progress of it. This would be really help with business development, allowing you to update/ track/ refer leads.

  9. automatically save the formatted CV's with the candidates first name and last name only

    this would save clients having to change the name of the CV or by saving and sending it in error with a job board mentioned in the title.

  11. Integrate with document signing software.

    We use eversign to have contracts signed by our clients. It would be awesome if FF could integrate to issue prefilled contracts with any popular document signing software!

  12. Enable group Candidate/Contact Actions

    When looking through the actions of a Candidate/Contact it would be really handy to be able to group certain types of actions.

    e.g.
    - meeting notes - no matter what type of meeting
    - phone calls - no matter what type of phone call
    etc.

  13. Perform additional actions when reviewing candidates/previewing CV

    It is a slow process to review multiple CVs when actions might be different for each candidate, this is particularly apparent when working through applications since the CV preview window is in a fixed location, which covers various actions.
    Would it be possible to have more actions in the preview (possibly top bar), for example flags, view profile, move to considering, move to talent pool...etc.?

  14. Enable email preview/subject lines within records

    It's imperative we can see a snapshot of the email content sent to a candidate or contact within the Summary Tab, otherwise we have to click in and out of emails to see what was sent which is HUGELY time consuming and also confusing (I often end up going back into the same mail if I am in a rush). It doesn't even provide the subject line (which would be a half way house) it just states General Email...which could mean anything!
    It enables us to provide a quick response to contacts through referencing recent or historical communications.
    PLEASE help…

  15. Send as Contact / Candidate on a Mac

    It would be really helpful to be able to add a candidate or contact email to Firefish through outlook whilst using a Mac. At the moment, we have to double up work by adding batch emails if we have been out of the office using a laptop. It has become restrictive that we can't work effectively on the road.

    Hi All

    Delighted to announce that our new version of the Outlook Add-in will be available to install after tonight’s release, having successfully come through Beta.

    This version of the add-in is compatible with Office 365, Exchange 2016 and above, and can be installed on Outlook for Mac, Outlook on the web and Outlook Desktop.

    The new version is currently being reviewed by Microsoft and will be available to download via the Office Store once it has been verified – we’ll be doing a soft launch of the add-in until this has been confirmed.

    Hi All

    Delighted to report that we’ve now made changes resulting in Closed Adverts no longer displaying a 404. 

    Instead, the Apply button of the advert will be disabled and text will display along the top of the advert content to inform the candidate that the advert is closed, and encourage the user to view other live adverts in an effort to convert traffic to your closed adverts. See attached example from Firefish jobs page.

    This message can be customised via Website > Job Search > Closed Advert.

    We will continue to update the validThrough date (advert expiry date) within the structured schema of any closed advert as this is what informs Google for Jobs that the advert is no longer live and follows Google’s recommended steps.

  19. To be Notified when a Candidate Updates their Original CV through the Portal

    When a candidate Updates their CV through the portal to somehow be notified either by email (to owning consultant) or appear on the dashboard or to appear in Web registrations - so that you are aware a potential hot candidate is back as current and active!

    Hi All

    Pleased to confirm that we’ve now created a new ‘Email Alerts’ page within each users ‘My Account’ page which allows individual users to enable/disable advert application emails.
