attach the document to the profile that has been emailed
When we sent attachments i.e. word docs it would be great if that document automatically attached to the the candidate/contact profile - it would save a lot of time and make compliance much easier. An example is the KID doc needed for assignment details.

Remove 'types' from interview confirmation options
From an internal recruiter perspective when using FF as an ATS it would be beneficial to be able to make the 'types' field on interview confirmations a non compulsory field, it doesn't fit with our interview confirmations so I always have to enter something then remove it manually for the confirmation to make sense.

Route Planner to Potential Jobs
Have route planner from the client/candidate file where you can search for a candidate/client name on a dropdown and once selected will produce a route planner from the candidate postcode to the client postcode.

Ability to edit/choose layout of candidate portal
To have the ability to choose the layout of the candidate portal and specific fields that are available or hidden.

Increase Number of Vacancies per job allowed beyond the current 100
Currently only 100 vacancies per job allowed. Can this be increased to allow any number, As with Contracts there could be up to 400 or 500 at any one time and currently this means a number of Jobs. It would be better for reporting etc if they were all under the one job

Implement a tool that when you insert postcode, it gives you a list of addresses for that postcode to select from to make address entry quicker

Change candidate email template
When we send a candidate an email, we are able to rename the template to a name of our choice.
We have one of our templates named as "follow up", chosen by Firefish but we are unable to change the name.

Integration with ActiveCampaign
Can FF consider establishing integration with ActiveCampaign - this would enable marketing automation and provide greater marketing analysis for email and social media marketing campaigns.

Candidate Interview Reminders
Would be great to have reminders sent automatically to candidates for their interviews. I.e. in the way tools like FRESHA work for beauty/hair salons

make job applicant notification emails link to vacancy workflow
The system emails to alert us of a job applicant should have a clickable link that takes us through to the vacancy workflow, i.e. to review/consider/reject the candidate's application.
Currently, I have to log in and search for the applicant manually.

Delete Additional Rates
Add the ability to delete additional rates to Offers and Placements.

Placement Records - Sales Amount
When inputting placement records, the sales amount is only calculated with the agreed salary. It would be great to have the option of calculating the sales amount with the total remuneration, as additional benefits value would need to be included in the total sales amount.

Action options from advert applications page...
Have advert applications where you can action candidates from the main list rather than having to go into each one….(like with the new registrations)

Make it clearer on the Candidate Portal that there are multiple sections to complete
It's very unclear on the candidate portal (especially on mobile!) that there are various sections which need to be completed by the candidate.
Please can you design the portal in a way that makes it obvious there are more areas to complete - is it also possible to amend the wording on the portal so we can outline exactly what sections should be completed by the candidate?
On mobile, you would only know there are more sections to complete if you clicked the burger menu on the top right. We are finding that many people completing the portal on a…

Integrate with The Scoop - https://www.thescoop.co.uk/
A job board integration so we can get the scoop to share job vacancies from FF to our profile on the scoop which also shows on your LinkedIn profile, lots more benefits to it but this would be a good start. Creates a more appealing job ad etc.
