Expand the pop up of header notes on a company record
As we have migrated client notes into here it can be difficult to read with the current exand and scroll; we need a much larger pop up to see it clearly.

Do not contact candidate for certain period but stay on database
We have a lot of candidates who have said they want to stay on our database but not to be contacted for 3, 6 or 12 month periods. It would be great to have a colour attached to candidate saying don't contact for a certain period

Include candidates with 0 salary amount in Potential Matches and include the salary category in the list
Include candidates with 0 salary amount in Potential Matches and include the salary category in the list . Also, We should be able to add 0 in "amount from" when creating a job

Add Interview Outcome Notes to Contact Record as well as Candidate
I'm not sure why MEETING NOTES for INTERVIEWS only appear on the Candidate record.
They need to appear on the CONTACT record as well.
In addition there should be two sets of MEETING NOTES for each INTERVIEW as clearly there are two sets of feedback not one.
i.e. One set from the Candidate and one set from the Contact

Suggesting Candidates - Outlook Firefish Addin
It would be great if, when in Outlook, when Firefish can't trace the email address, it could find candidates in the same way that it can in the normal candidate search (ie by typing in parts of the name)..

create a more in depth application form that the candidate can e-sign
include equal opportunities, criminal conviction and a candidate declaration before e-signing and tracking.

Firefish SMS Improvements - Templating, Bulk SMS from To Do list view and Personalisation
We use the Firefish SMS packages and it would be great to see the option of SMS templates and I would love to see personalisation on SMS messaging. Merge field for candidate first name at least with sign off templated with Recruiter Name, Agency Name and Contact number, would be ideal!
Having this capability from To Do List - Interviews view on Dashboard to enable you to send bulk SMS to candidates rather than job workflow would be a great time saver!

Integrate with Trust ID - a digital Right to Work check provider. This will help us and other recruitment agencies that conduct digital righ
With the introduction of identity document validation technology (IDVT) as a permitted way to conduct Right to Work checks a large number of recruitment agencies are using identity service providers (IDSP) to conduct digital Right to Work checks. The IDSP that we use, Trust ID, have an API that can be integrated into Firefish and would allow us, and other users of Trust ID to create a seamless onboarding journey under the brand of our agency rather than pointing candidates to an alternative portal.

Ability to save a job search
It would be nice to have the ability to save a job search like you can do for candidates so that it is automatically populated as new jobs are added/closed with specific criteria set.
So for instance if you want to save a search which shows all roles without adverts, or in a particular town etc. you can dip in and out of your saved searches rather than having to select all your criteria each time.

allow a search category for the dates in which the candidate started their current job.
Have a search criteria of the dates of the start of employment for candidates to filter those who have recently started a new job.

Interview Outlook calendar reminder to all consultants
It would be good for multiple consultants to receive an outlook calendar reminder when interviews are arranged via Firefish.
Currently it only goes to the person that arranges the interview, which is unhelpful when people are covering holidays or someone else has created the interview to help out.

Do a bulk email to send out to candidates wishing them luck on their interview
An email pulling the job details, job spec etc similar to an interview confirmation, where we can search today's interviews and send a bulk email wishing them good luck,

to have multiple documents attached to an email in the doc library
To be able to have multiple documents "hard wired" to emails. For example, we may want to send out a word document as well as a contract. Currently we have to decide which one goes in the doc library and which we manually attach.
Having access to multiple docs to be attached at source would limit forgetting to attach and make our processes more compliant.

send notifications to everyone when a placement is made
It would be great if Firefish would display a pop-up/notification when a consultant moves a candidate to the offer accepted/placement stage.
Seeing as there are already some notifications within Firefish (about Crowdcasts or support team notifications), it could also be used to send a system-wide notification when a placement is made.
This would be really useful, particularly with hybrid working here to stay and consultants making placements whilst working from home.

Add the ability to create documents for extensions and not just original placements
Why this wasn't taken care of as standard I don't know, but you need to be able to generate documentation for extensions, not just for original placements.

Measure Contract Jobs and Placements in WEEKS not DAYS
Contracts are generally based on months. 6 months is standard, sometimes 3 or 4 or 12 for example.
I would like to see the number of weeks e.g. 26 - for a 6 month contract, not the number of days - which is only relevant for Temps.
I would like the system to calculate and end date based on a start date and a number of weeks.
I would like to see this at JOB level and at PLACEMENT and EXTENSION level.
