Allow temp workers to input the contact details of their referees at point of registration
For example when the candidate fills out their details on Firefish via their candidate portal, they have a page where they must input details of their referees with all their contact details (phone, email). The system then allows us to click "email referee" and would automatically generate the request a reference from there. (Options for 3 x ex-employer, education and character reference) Would save us having to chase / input referree details manually as it would form part of the registration process for temps and slicken the process.

Optimise images in emails to improve branding/ look and readability of emails sent from Firefish
When adding images into emails to incorporate our branding and to spruce up emails so they don’t look like a plain text email, the images aren’t optimised for both desktop and mobile. As a result, the images are blurry on desktop/ mobile when the emails are sent and this limits the use of images and videos in emails sent from this platform.
It would be great if this could be considered as a development please, as all other email platforms I’ve used in the past have had this function embedded into their system. It will really improve the look of…4 votesHi Amy,

Option to update Candidate GDPR status at anytime
If a candidate verbally agrees to be compliant after the 'Consent Request' email goes out we have to wait 28 days to be able to manually reprocess them and change the status to Verbally Agreed. There should be an option for any user to change the status while on the phone to the candidate, at the touch of a button. Rather than relying on the candidate to log in to make this change. Please vote for this everyone!

Create test email for all Email Templates
Right now there is no way to view how an email template looks outside of the test for an email signature.
We'd like to be able to test all email templates to see what they look like before sending.

Bulk follow up email via the "contact emails" & "bulk emails" in the dashboard
It would be great to have a way to send a bulk follow up email via the "contact emails"/"bulk emails" in the dashboard - currently no way to send the same bulk email (and ideally scheduling further follow up emails) to all the contacts that appear in your "contact emails" & "bulk emails" in dashboard?

Filter your dashboard "to-do" list with daily to-do tasks rather than weekly.
The dashboard to-do list would be a more useful tool if it was possible to not only filter by week but also to narrow down your weekly tasks with a daily filter.

To be able to email multiple job specs to a candidate without having to attach them from a separate system/file.
in the Recruitment tab it would be great to be able to have a tick box to choose multiple job specs to attach to an email to the candidate, rather than having to open an email to the candidate & then attach the specs from a separate file. The job specs will be attached to the job record so they are in FF and would therefore be great and a time saver to simply click and they're attached to the email to the candidate.

Capitalise first letter of name and then lowercase
When candidates register or apply to jobs, can the first letter of their name and surname be capitalised and the rest automatically being made lowercase?

re-instate terminated candidates back into job
sometimes in temp a candidate is extended and then terminated as not needed but the client can call back in a couple of weeks wanting the same person - at the moment, if temp has been terminated, consultant would need ot create similar job, get it authorised and go through the compliance team again instead of being able to just add the terminated candidate back into workflow

include a function to add a follow up date after you have sent an email/written a note on contact record.
Sometimes forget to include a follow up action when sending emails/writing call notes etc. on contact record. Then have to input another note (which may skew reports) to add a follow up. Would be great to have a function to add a follow up action once the email has been sent/note written etc. - also to amend follow up dates as circumstances may change.

Allow for better Potential Matches on Jobs
When we add a job e.g. Project Manager, it has come up with over 2000 matches. You can currently include keywords, discipline and role.
1) it would be good if you could select multiple roles, e.g. Project manager and 'Senior Project Manager) so it shows both in the potential matches folder.
2) We have set up a third Category (in Preferences) for candidate's Sectors, however I cannot put this filter into the Job Summary under Potential Matches. This would immediately help me bring up Sector specific candidates too.
Please let us know if possible. Would really make FF stand out…

I’ve set this suggestion to “Open for Voting” for your first point.
For point 2, good news on this one – there is a setting within “Settings > System Configuration > Preferences” where you can choose where to display the Specialistion (third category) field. We’ve enabled this on the job for you now so you’ll be able to filter your Potential Matches further.

Have a placement tab on the company record
It would be good to have a placement tab on the company showing a list of all placements and other key info such as.
Date placement was created
Job title placed in
User who made the placements

Search for Candidates and Clients by Action Events
An integral function of the CRM is to have the capability to search for contacts or candidates by certain actions.
for instance, it would be great if you could seas all contacts that had a placement action. this would give you very warm list quickly.
Or search all candidates that had placements with a certain contacts/?
Or search all contacts that have had meetings within 3 months so to reactivate if needed.
Or all candidates that have had a proactive call to re-qualify.
