  2. Consolidate dual records to see both Candidate/Contact recent activity in one screen

    It would be advantageous to see the consolidated notes, rather than having to remember to check both screens. To clarify, it is useful to have the facility to separate the activity, but it would also be useful to have the option to specify ‘show combined’. With that, for FireFish to remember the user’s specification e.g. for my Recent Activity to always display as combined.

  3. Be able to log multiple email addresses against a contact or candidate

    to log emails via Outlook to a candidate record, but the candidate has multiple email addresses, it might be a good idea if each record could log more than one email address against it.

  5. Ability to add additional documents

    Such as additional contracts, additional options against company records, candidate records, etc.

  6. Show page numbers were at the top of the search results screen as well as the bottom

  7. Move candidate's backwards in the job workflow

    For instances where a candidate is incorrectly progressed (i.e. if they are moved to the interview stage in error and they need to be put back a stage).

  8. See most recent note against a candidate by hovering over their name

    When hovering over a candidate's name in a search, talent pool or in the job workflow, it would be helpful to see the most recent note. I have added a screenshot where this would be beneficial to view.

  9. Update candidate portal login email through the CRM rather than the current process

    Currently you need to reset the candidate's password, login with the incorrect email then update the email address and reset the password again. It would be much simpler to amend the email address from the Portal tab on the Candidate record.

  10. Add warning modal before deleting Talent Pool

    To add a warning pop up modal to confirm before deleting a talent pool. Currently clicking the delete icon immediately deletes the talent pool.

  12. Auto complete "also interested in" when a candidate applies for a job that is outside of their preferred discipline/location/specialisation

    If a candidate applies for a role that is outside of their preferred discipline, location or specialisation, it should be automatically recorded as "also interested in".

  13. Add an option to view more than 30 saved searches at a time

    When you enter the saved search list which shows all searches that at set it, it would be really helpful if we had the option to view more than 30 pages at a time, similar to how you can once you have opened a search and you can extend the view to 450 records.

  14. Display colours for disciplines or specialisations

    Add the ability to link colours to specific disciplines or specialisations, and have those colours displayed on the job list page so that potential candidates can easily spot roles that would be suitable to their skills.

  16. Contract Workflow Rates Per Site

    At the moment the rates are a global setting controlled by the primary site, these should be able to be controlled on a per-site basis for enterprise, as a secondary site may have different requirements

  20. Change Advert sort order on Add-In

    Could the sort order on the Outlook Add-Ins Advert Application be changed to Asscending to Decending based on the Advert Reference. These are currently based on recently posted, but we feel it would be easier to view adverts with similar titles in the way described.
