2. Automatic Star Rating

   Automatically change the star rating of a candidate based on certain actions (as well as being able to manually change). For example, the candidate stars can change to 4 stars if they attend an employers interview, 5 stars if placed, and 2 stars if they don't attend an interview, 1 star if they fail the pre qualification.

5. Added functionality for Linkedin Plugin

   Couple of additional features which would be incredibly helpful when adding new client contacts using the new plugin:

   1. The plugin to recognise and auto-populate the current employer details - it's a standard field on someone's Linkedin page, so should be simple to add. Of course, with the ability to manually over-ride if it's not correct. Or with the ability to select from a dropdown function which scrapes their last 2 or 3 employers, just in case they're showing multiple 'current' employers.

   2. The ability to create a new company record, should no company of that name already exist. Rather than having to break away from what you were doing on Linkedin into the Firefish platform to create it to ensure the contact goes on correctly.

   3. Using web-scraped info, or data already on the database around email address format - new company contacts added to the database to have a suggested work email address provided. Could connect this with third party email checking websites which check whether the email address works too - e.g. email-checker.net or neverbounce.com.

   4. The ability to add tags on that page too for new contacts - rather than having to go to the newly created client record. That way they can be immediately tagged up and ready for segmentation for business development mailshots too.

6. Linked In prospecting drop down

   When recording how we are contacting clients and candidates, it would be useful to be able to specify this as an option within an drop down menu.

   Especially as Linked In is now integrated as a plug in.

7. Include job title & location in Candidate Registration Emails

   Would be very helpful if when a candidate registers and we get the automated emails with their details - this included their job title and location.

   Would enable us to spot candidates who register who match existing jobs as soon as they register.

   Candidates can be fully deleted within Firefish in line with GDPR - you can read more on how to do this, and what happens when you do, on the Fish Tank: https://fishtank.firefishsoftware.com/en/articles/5680153-delete-archive-or-un-archive-a-candidate

9. Update the last updated date when sending a bulk email

   We focus a lot of our searches on when the candidate was last contacted so we require the last updated date to include when a candidate was contacted by bulk email or a section for last updated to include call and bulk email updates.

11. Short Term Contracts

    Could we have the functionality to place candidates in occasional flexible contracts. At present we would need to book them on a new job each time we place them in few days of work. There are a lot of recruiters who will be hiring to have a candidate on day-to-day or occasional contracts.

13. Report on candidate compliance status at offer stage

    Within the reports dashboard we want to be able to report on a candidates compliance status at offer stage.

    We can view the candidates that are currently at offer stage, however, there is no group by option to view their compliance status.

15. Creating Company contacts - adding a location

    When adding new company contacts it would be really useful to simply have an additional box to input a contact's "location" or "site location".

    This is useful for us because the 'companies' we work with have multiple sites and different divisions within each site. For now I am adding multiple tags to each contact as the chile/parent company format is more difficult to view which contacts are on which site / which division of that company. For example: Company "Leonardo Electronics" - Site Location "Edinburgh" - Tags "ECRS team".
