  1. Contract Sales date = booked date

    At the moment for perm
    sales date = booked date
    invoiced date= start date
    however on contract both automatically revert to invoiced date. greatly beneficial if it would copy the same format as perm.

  2. Potential Matches View-able from Open Jobs Page

    Would it be possible to add a 'potential matches' column to the open/live jobs page. This would eliminate the need to go into each individual job to see if any newly registered candidates have dropped into a job.

  3. Add individual PO numbers to the placement form for individual candidates rather than company ones

  6. Multiple reference documents

    We send out two types of references request one for character and one for hr so need to the ability to add more than one document to the document library for references so we can choose which document to send when requesting references.

    The ability to add custom terms based on exclusivity - one rate for sole agency and one for multi-agency as opposed to purely based on salary level.

    Adding this to the jobs would also help in terms of prioritisation!

  16. Projected Sales based on Days Booked

    We need the number of days per month to reflect the number of days we have sold in the period (ie if 6 days are sold over a 6 month period, it should show as 1 day per month)

  17. Field Automation - Field Mandatory Dependent on Other Selections

    It would be great if fields could be made mandatory based on the previous selected fields, for example: if the status is not interested then the salary field is not mandatory

    Allow advert posting straight to New Scientist.

    New Scientist told us they were quoted £1250 by Firefish to make this happen, can we do it for free?

    It would be brilliant if we could verbally dictate our notes directly into records cards for clients and contacts, Job Adder has this feature and it is brilliant when interviewing candidates.

  20. candidate/client blacklist

    Most CRMS have the facility to permanently exclude candidates from clients or vice versa. It would be very useful for this feature on FireFish. For example, currently the job flow process requires manually adding a candidate to 'considering' and then manually 'withdraw' particular candidates to avoid them getting certain job alerts.

    So if a candidate won't work at a specific client or the client won't have a specific candidate back this feature would prevent poor auto-matching.

    Of course that would only affect 'Matches / Potential matches' so if a blacklist candidate/client were being 'considered' perhaps a warning message/marker could be…
