Better checks on record duplication checks
Checking if a record is already created is difficult to navigate are results in consultants not bothering and creating duplicates.
Would be great if you were able to navigate to the actual record and get back to the list easily

Talent Pools in Reports Dashboard
Talent Pool name as the display option/dropdown, then the number of new/existing or no longer match candidates.

create a more in depth application form that the candidate can e-sign
include equal opportunities, criminal conviction and a candidate declaration before e-signing and tracking.

offer a similar webpage to the jobs page but for candidates
where we could advertised candidates who are actively looking for work. I have seen a website that does something similar!

Placement Records - Sales Amount
When inputting placement records, the sales amount is only calculated with the agreed salary. It would be great to have the option of calculating the sales amount with the total remuneration, as additional benefits value would need to be included in the total sales amount.

Contract Sales date = booked date
At the moment for perm
sales date = booked date
invoiced date= start date
however on contract both automatically revert to invoiced date. greatly beneficial if it would copy the same format as perm.6 votes -
Potential Matches View-able from Open Jobs Page
Would it be possible to add a 'potential matches' column to the open/live jobs page. This would eliminate the need to go into each individual job to see if any newly registered candidates have dropped into a job.

The ability to add custom terms based on exclusivity - one rate for sole agency and one for multi-agency as opposed to purely based on salary level.
Adding this to the jobs would also help in terms of prioritisation!

Projected Sales based on Days Booked
We need the number of days per month to reflect the number of days we have sold in the period (ie if 6 days are sold over a 6 month period, it should show as 1 day per month)

AWR Improvements
The current AWR function only allows us to see how many candidates have been in a placement after a certain time period.
In order for this to be tracked accurately it would beneficial to have a week counter that showed the total number of weeks that a candidate has been in the jobs, while also factoring breaks in the contract (e.g. holidays).
It would also be beneficial to have a location to save the AWR entitlements (e.g. holidays, pay rate etc), in a space that is linked t the placement and the company record.5 votes -
upload multiple files
I deal with construction workers, and each of them got loads of various certifications, and having to upload them one by one takes a very long time.
It'd be great if we could drag and drop multiple files simultaneously to the candidate's documents tab.

Field Automation - Field Mandatory Dependent on Other Selections
It would be great if fields could be made mandatory based on the previous selected fields, for example: if the status is not interested then the salary field is not mandatory
