  1. Add all recruiter notes from the job to the "post it" box - and make them editable

    There seems to have been a change in functionality - previously all recruiter notes were concatenated into the "Post It" box when moving from Considering to Recruiter Interview and beyond. Now it seems that only the most recent note is moved across - and given that this often just says something like "Kathryn to screen" as the last step, it holds no value without all the other communication that has gone before it.

    Also, given that the recruiter notes are not editable in the side bar, I am finding it very hard to persuade the team to use them without…

  2. Adding candidate owner to potential matches tab on jobs

    It would be really helpful if the Candidate Owner could be added as a field to the Potential Matches tab on Jobs. Then Recruiters could check through their own candidate lists more easily.

  3. prospects tab call lists

    fish' data from prosepcts tab - into a report card, giving you the ability to create a call back list i.e. filtering a card with any orange fish for all your owned adverts, as right now you would need to click into each individual advert

  4. Associate Emails to candidate/contact records when they are not a recipient

    If you you email a client or regulatory body about a candidate, without candidate cc'd, want to be able to choose to also associate thee email to the candidate record too

  5. Include "not" functionality in searches

    Sometimes you need to exclude people from the search fields and having a Not or a does not contain option is really helpful

  6. Manual Registration Email Template - Password Merge Field

    Within Email Templates > Candidate > Registration > Manual Registration. It would be good to have the ability to add a password merge field for the portal so that when you are manually registering a candidate and use the legitimate interest option a password is generated for the portal allowing them to login.

  8. Ability to reorder custom fields

    When using the full range of available custom field (especially for jobs) it can look quite messy with the different dropdown and text fields (screenshot attached) it would be good if we had the ability to sort these into a different order either like we can on the compliance details with a drag and drop or a sort button like we have in the dropdown settings.

  10. Ignore location on Candidate / Contact Potential Matches

    Currently on Job Configuration, we can choose to ignore location score and filter etc.

    It would be good if we had the same configurability within the candidate & contact Potential Match tabs EG ignore location.

  11. Marketing/Job Alert Opt-In - reminder x amount of time after placement

    If you opt candidate's out at placement stage, getting a reminder to opt them in say 2 years after placement or when their contract is ending to ensure they don;t get lost, as often you don't want to include them in alerts whilst placed but could miss re-targetting opportunities down the line

  12. Bulk Time Sheet submittal to Contact

    Hi team, it would be good if Firefish could trigger timesheet approval to the timesheet approver on the placement similar to what happens when the time-capture Accounts email is enabled.

    Presently this triggers one email per timesheet however, if there are multiple contractors at the same client, then the client receives multiple emails when they would only need one to approve all time sheets for that week.

  13. Downloading Documents from website

    When site visitors are downloading reports or documents from your website it would be good to implement the requirement for that person to register to the database before having the ability to download the documents.

  15. Multiple Subscription Levels

    It would be great if candidates and contacts could sign up for different marketing types. At present the options are job alerts (candidate only) and marketing opted in/out. It would be good if they could have more flexibility over the general marketing side.

  16. Import a list of names from CSV when creating talent pools

    To be able to upload a list of names or firefish ID's into a talent pool to easily be able to create a pool of users with out adding each in manually if they didn't fit the requirements of the creation of the pool.

  17. Email alert templates

    If candidates can choose to have job alerts daily, weekly or monthly, we should be able to tailor the template that goes out accordingly? Dont you agree?

    I want to set 1000 candidates in my system to job alerts via bulk upload, but change my settings to Monthly, so it doesnt bombard them every time a new advert is posted.... So Ive altered my template to say ´Monthly Hot Jobs¨ as the title......But with only 1 template available, anyone that chooses to have these alerts daily, is goign to get emails with this header??? It wont make sence!

  19. Send Consent Requests from Users

    Add the ability for consent requests to be sent from individual users who are manually creating candidates or submitting consent requests from the candidate profile

  20. Report on Archive / Unarchive actions

    The user Task for archiving, unarchiving and deleting candidates and contacts is missing from the reports dashboard.

    It would be good if we could include this for completeness in reporting.
