Hide Certain Sources from Candidate Registration/Applications
Would be great to be able to hide certain sources such as Referral / Headhunted from candidates. To ensure these sources are only available to FF users when manually creating records.

Web: Ability to change all button text across templates
Currently on some templates (e.g. Mandarin) we cannot edit text on certain buttons in the header and other parts of the site, such as the Submit a Brief button.
It would be good to be able so that the language of the button matches the rest of our site.

Allow the disabling of any field across records
Allow any field across candidate, contact and Job records to be disabled in the settings, so as to streamline the process that consultants follow when filling in records and only focussing on the relevant info.

It would be great if the number of days between the placement end date and the current date could be automatically calculated on the reports dashboard.

Shift Status
Within System Configuration > Properties > Candidate there should be a new ‘Shift Status’ option.
This status should available in the candidate record and should be used for the potential matches in the new shift workflow.

Deselect people in Prospects who are due to get a certain job alert
There are occasions where candidate's are matches for job alerts but it might not actually be appropriate for them to get this particular alert (i.e. they might work for the company)

Custom ranges on KPI colour coding

Reports Dashboard Data Columns sort order
When selecting columns from the Data tab (creating or editing a new card) in the Reports Dashboard - there is no specific ordering logic to the options available - feels like they should be alphabetical in line with the system

Mandatory Notes on Star Rating Change
Make notes mandatory when changing a candidate star rating.

Move Social Fields into Properties
To move the Social fields into Contact Properties and create the same fields in the Candidate Properties so these can be toggled on/off and set as mandatory/non-mandatory.

Further Improvement to SEO Redirects
After implementing more prominent messaging for closed job adverts and disabling the apply button, there’s an additional issue to address. Currently, closed job adverts remain visible in Google search results, which is causing clutter and inflating the number of indexed pages in the search console.
While closed adverts are intentionally kept accessible for up to two weeks post-closing to assist candidates, it's proposed that these pages automatically (or manually on a monthly basis) receive a "no index, no follow" tag after 30 days. This change would ensure Google stops crawling these pages, reducing outdated search results and improving SEO performance.
