Notes box when arranging Employer Interview
When adding a client interview to the system it would be really useful to have a notes box to add additional information. Perhaps a second interviewer, or information about a competency test etc.

Availability Searching
In the temp market we often just need to be able to see who we still available for any given day. Adding actual availability (I mean the availability from the availability tab itself, not just an available from date) into the candidate search options is absolutely vital to the way we do business. We have to fill very quickly or we miss out. We simply don't have time to manually check the availability of every matching candidate.

Job Coding - ability to select multple preferences
In job preferences you can only select one of each of the preferences. When coding up a job it would be helpful if you could select a preferred plus secondary options like you can when coding up a candidate.

Display less information in the "Contracts Out" window
The smaller text feels needless to me and overwhelming when you have 50+ Contracts Out. I understand an update is imminent allowing the fields displayed to be customised - at the same time can the sub-text be removed, otherwise, they'd be even more duplicated information than there is now (for example, I will want to add the Job location as a sortable field but the location is already shown in two other places. Furthermore, the site/company name is already showing 3 times). Thanks

Currently minimal information is displayed, adding Start Date will provide clarity with regards to the urgency/priority each job requires

Unfilled Positions Financial Report
a report to show unfilled positions and the financial value of this?
Eg a job had 5 positions, but only 2 were filled, so unfilled value = X ?

Have more identifying columns when using the quick search function
When searching for a candidate with a common name and there are multiple results it is difficult to identify the candidate you are looking for from the columns available. It would be great if you could add the job title field to enable quick identification.

Where we have talent pools for candidates, it'd be useful to have the ability to manually add specific contacts (or companies) to a target list (not a saved search). For example, an individual consultant's top 200 most relevant contacts.

Unsaved Changes on all tabs within a candidate record
The reminder to save changes only seems to work on the "profile" and "pay" tabs of a candidate record. It would be great to have the consistency for this to work across all the other tabs.

Ability to customise or add fields to the ‘call’ action, e.g. Available Date and Notice Period
When logging a call, we have 3 fields available ‘Note Type’, ‘Notes’ and ‘Follow up’, it would be incredibly helpful if we could customise this or add to it.
The ability to update the available date and notice period from the log a call action is essential. Some consultants may want to be able to update other fields, like ‘DBS status’, ‘Current Salary’, ‘Own Transport’, or to record if the candidate is actively looking. This would save us from having to enter this information on the preferences tab.

Create a job via the candidate profile
it would be handy to create a job (or placement) directly from the candidate record and automatically link them to it — rather than having to create the job separately and then search for and add the candidate afterwards.
