  2. Add warning modal before deleting Talent Pool

    To add a warning pop up modal to confirm before deleting a talent pool. Currently clicking the delete icon immediately deletes the talent pool.

  4. Change Advert sort order on Add-In

    Could the sort order on the Outlook Add-Ins Advert Application be changed to Asscending to Decending based on the Advert Reference. These are currently based on recently posted, but we feel it would be easier to view adverts with similar titles in the way described.

  5. Contract Status Update

    When a contract placement is completed. the system reverts the status of the candidate to "Actively Looking" - It would be great if the status reverted to the availability the candidate had prior to the placement such as "Immediately Available"

  7. Ability to change LTD to another name

    To be able to change the name of LTD in the jobs which also pulls through in the email template merge fields (i.e. total rate breakdown field)

  8. Allow job board credits to be grouped per team

    To have a setting which allows job boards credits quota to be assigned per team or per person rather than just per person quotas

  9. allow you to enter an alias for companies that can be searched on

    to help reduce duplicate companies being added with different spellings, or abbreviations

  10. Custom Company Fields on Email Templates

    Under System Configuration > Properties > Company none of these fields are available to use in the templates for placements. Could they be added please?

  11. Report on candidate compliance status at offer stage

    Within the reports dashboard we want to be able to report on a candidates compliance status at offer stage.

    We can view the candidates that are currently at offer stage, however, there is no group by option to view their compliance status.

  13. INSTAGRAM - Include in Socials on Profile Tab

    Many candidates have Instagram accounts. There is nowhere to record their Instagram ID etc.

    Please add to SOCIAL on the PROFILE TAB on the CANDIDATE RECORD.

    Hopefully this is a nice easy one!!!

  14. Allow documents to be added to Client Contact

    Allow documents to be added to Client Contact or even more preferable would be that they automatically populate across from Company Details.
    I.e. original job profiles, terms of business, additional information on the company,

  15. Add Interview Outcome Notes to Contact Record as well as Candidate

    I'm not sure why MEETING NOTES for INTERVIEWS only appear on the Candidate record.

    They need to appear on the CONTACT record as well.

    In addition there should be two sets of MEETING NOTES for each INTERVIEW as clearly there are two sets of feedback not one.

    i.e. One set from the Candidate and one set from the Contact

  16. Suggesting Candidates - Outlook Firefish Addin

    It would be great if, when in Outlook, when Firefish can't trace the email address, it could find candidates in the same way that it can in the normal candidate search (ie by typing in parts of the name)..

  19. Increase Number of Vacancies per job allowed beyond the current 100

    Currently only 100 vacancies per job allowed. Can this be increased to allow any number, As with Contracts there could be up to 400 or 500 at any one time and currently this means a number of Jobs. It would be better for reporting etc if they were all under the one job

  20. Action options from advert applications page...

    Have advert applications where you can action candidates from the main list rather than having to go into each one….(like with the new registrations)
