  2. We would like to be able to search for Job and Advert reference number in the Universal Search bar rather than having to go to the Opportuni

    We would like to be able to search for Job and Advert reference number in the Universal Search bar rather than having to go to the Opportunities or Adverts drop down. It would save time when a candidate calls up wanting to know if a particular role is still available etc...

  3. Kanban view for job management.

    Give the option to have a kanban view for job management - i.e. drag and drop candidates from Considering to Shortlist to CV Send to Interview, etc.

  9. Actions From Leads

    Please allow users to take Actions/Bulk Actions from the Leads Dashboard - this would allow us to manage these much better and move people through the pipeline and send comms in bulk.

  10. Candidate Names Merge Field

    At present the Interview Confirmation - Candidate email allows you to use the merge field of contact name and company name in the subject line. The same is not true for the Interview Confirmation - Contact as there could be multiple names when creating bulk interviews. It would be handy to have the option for users that don't do high volume interviews.

  11. Report on active placements in a given time period

    At the moment you can report on placement start dates or candidate status. What we want to see is all active placements in a given period. For example if we search 01/01/25 to 01/02/25, we don't just want to see placements logged or starting in this time frame, but those which started beforehand and are still ongoing.

  12. Associated Companies in Contracts Out Filter

    in contracts out, we have numerous contractors at child sites. Would be good to be able to include "associated companies" when filtering by company

  14. Ability to enter a fixed fee when entering placement information.

    When processing a placement (permanent, or fixed term contract), should have the ability to override sales markup and input a figure, for example where a fixed fee has been agreed rather than percentage based markup.

  15. Add calendar function for part-time placements to select working days

    Add calendar function for part-time placements to select working days. With this it would allow the user to know how many working days over a period the candidate would work, if the system knew working days/patterns, rather than assuming it is 5 days per week.

  16. Expiring Star Ratings

    When a candidate is first rated, they may fall into the 2 star category essentially classing them as a 'not now' due to lack of experience or whatever reason. After 1 year, the star rating could become 'expired' whether that means it becomes a different colour or returns to 3 stars. The candidate at this point may have achieved some longevity in a role or a desirable qualification since they first registered and with an expired star rating, can easily be identified as needing reviewing by a consultant.

    For example, when filtering through applications for an advert, an expired star…
