  1. Possible to get a catergory for new starters within firefish, where a profile could be made for people looking to transition into OEG?

    When recruiting new technicians or people transitioning into the industry - Is there a folder within Firefish where all people looking at coming into the industry could be captured and not just for one specific job? Columns to be added to filter experience with mechanical, hydraulic o electrical backgrounds along with level of education, focusing on NVQL3, apprenticeships etc.

  2. Integrate with Broadbean / Veritone

    Due to the job boards we post on, not all specialist ones (RICS for example) integrate with Firefish so this link would work for us

  4. Contact Unsubscribe - when link double clicked it shouldn't tell them they are already unsubscribed

    At the moment if the link is clicked in quick succession they get a message saying they're already unsubscribed, this shouldn't be the case

  6. Restrict user levels to not being able to log an end date on a temp/contract placement

    But they should still be able to log terminations.

    I am looking to do that as we really want a notification of drop outs now we have the setting in place.

  10. Submit Timesheet Documents via API

    As a Third Party, I would like to be able to attach documents to Timesheets using the Firefish API

    Acceptance Criteria

    An endpoint should be available that allows a third party to attach Documents to timesheets in Firefish

    POST api/v1.0/timesheets/{TimesheetRef}/documents

    The file restrictions should match the same as those present for the user in the front end, as per BETA-2155: Timesheet Documents
    Done

    Maximum of 5 documents allowed per timesheet

    Maximum size of 10MB per document

    Allowed File Types: all image, document and pdf formats (matching front end restrictions)

    Validation messages should accurately inform the third party if a document…

    Improved data/select what data you want in contact recruitment tab - split out jobs by open/closed/place and being able to see more candidate details in here

  12. Favicon for Google Jobs and Phone / Tablet desktop shortcut

    This idea improves the professional appearance of a Firefish website / Google Job company logo.

    If you view a job on Google Jobs that has been posted by a Firefish template website - you get a rectangular logo, rather than a professional looking favicon (see attachment)

    The same applies when you add a shortcut on your phone to a Firefish template website via 'Add to Home' screen. In our case we either get an "O" or a 'House' symbol (see attachment)

    We suggest creating an ability to upload Apple, Android and Internet Favicons of the correct pixel dimensions to illustrate…

  13. Refresh/ Repopulate the formatted CV

    It would be good if a user has a way to more easily refresh/repopulate the merge field values in a formatted CV.

    Currently a user would have to create a new formatted CV to bring in newer values.

  14. View time spent at each stage of the job workflow

    It would be good to view the time each candidate has spent at each stage of the job workflow - e.g. Considering, Interviews, CV Sent - on the Reports Dashboard.

    It would also be good to filter by Job/Company.

  16. Report on Contact Hiring Preferences

    On the Reports Dashboard, you can show Contact Hiring Preferences (Discipline / Location Area / Specialisation Area) as a data column within the Contact module, but currently there is no way of filtering on them or visualising them as a grouping.

    We would like to be able to see Contact Hiring Preferences as a grouping and to be able to filter on these too.

  18. Tick which level of Qualification

    Be able to have an option to categories candidates as either being Executive, Fully Qualified, Part Qualified or Transactional. This would help when searching for candidates.

    Like with recruiters being tagged as "owners" to candidate profiles it would be useful to add "office" as some recruiters share, candidates, contacts and clients. It would help with searching and managing relationships

  20. 'Known As' field on Company record

    Company registered name and the name they go by can be different. When we make placements, it's the official name on FF that gets pulled through and sent to candidates, clients etc, so it can lead to confusion, and repurposing an existing field doesn't help
