  4. Ability to set default drop down choices

    I.e. Automatically set a payment type or engagement type on the candidate pay tab, or automatically set a location which pre-populates when a record is created, if not otherwise completed

  7. Forecast Sales & Date - Mandatory Toggle

  8. Better checks on record duplication checks

    Checking if a record is already created is difficult to navigate are results in consultants not bothering and creating duplicates.

    Would be great if you were able to navigate to the actual record and get back to the list easily

    Talent Pool name as the display option/dropdown, then the number of new/existing or no longer match candidates.

  12. create a more in depth application form that the candidate can e-sign

  13. offer a similar webpage to the jobs page but for candidates

    where we could advertised candidates who are actively looking for work. I have seen a website that does something similar!

  14. Placement Records - Sales Amount

    When inputting placement records, the sales amount is only calculated with the agreed salary. It would be great to have the option of calculating the sales amount with the total remuneration, as additional benefits value would need to be included in the total sales amount.

  16. Contract Sales date = booked date

    At the moment for perm
    sales date = booked date
    invoiced date= start date
    however on contract both automatically revert to invoiced date. greatly beneficial if it would copy the same format as perm.

  17. Segment email marketing responses between opened and unread

    It would be great if Firefish could segment responses for email marketing E.g. if you send out 100 emails and only 50 people open them, to then segment the 50 people who did open the email in order to keep the conversation open and candidates interested.

  18. Potential Matches View-able from Open Jobs Page

    Would it be possible to add a 'potential matches' column to the open/live jobs page. This would eliminate the need to go into each individual job to see if any newly registered candidates have dropped into a job.

  19. Add individual PO numbers to the placement form for individual candidates rather than company ones
