Segment email marketing responses between opened and unread
It would be great if Firefish could segment responses for email marketing E.g. if you send out 100 emails and only 50 people open them, to then segment the 50 people who did open the email in order to keep the conversation open and candidates interested.

have one default font and text size in email templates
We have set the font as Calibri in our email templates but the default text font and size is different when you add or amend the text in the template.

Re-book people on to jobs they've been on previously
If a candidate has been on a job, left the job and then after a period of time rejoined the job you should be able to rebook them to the job without having to create a whole new job.

Report based on business week ending, rather than business week starting
When reporting sales based on week starting, even when setting the start to the day after our end date, the weeks in a month are not accurate all year long.
For example, we report based on week ending on Friday. When we set our reporting to 'week starting' Saturday, in October, it says there are only 4 weeks, but for us, this would be five weeks.
This would be resolved if reporting was based on week ending.

Add multiple locations WITHOUT needing to add a Child or Parent record
Add multiple locations/sites for one company without having to create a Parent/Child which takes more time and creates more records.
Where FireFish has Associated Companies on the Summary of a Company Record - we'd like to have a single place to see all their offices (expandable but showing say 6 - 10 in two columns).
Rather than adding brand new company records for each location.
Once main record (like a parent) and then, just add the different addresses.

It would be brilliant if we could verbally dictate our notes directly into records cards for clients and contacts, Job Adder has this feature and it is brilliant when interviewing candidates.

Candidate Search Result Columns - Last Placed Date
When in the search results it would be good to have a column available that shows the date when the candidate was last placed in a job.

Add progress bar to CV on Spec emails
Similar to the progress bar that shows when bulk email and bulk CV on spec emails are being sent it would be good to add this into the send CV on spec workflow in the potential Matches tab of Candidate/Contact.

Ability to have a CV open and write notes in the recruiter summary / notes at the same time
Being able to see someone's CV at the same time as writing notes in recruiter summary, or using the notes function, would be really beneficial.

LinkedIn Extension - Note field
When adding records from LinkedIn it would be useful to have a notes section where you can add a few lines in while using the extension in stead of having to go into the system to do this one the record is created.
