Have the ability to reply to candidates text messages from Outlook rather than just FireFish
It would be great to be able to reply to candidates text messages directly from Outlook rather than having to go onto their file on FF and send a fresh text.

Refer a friend as a contact form option to add onto different pages on the website
we would like to have a page on the website dedicated to 'refer a friend' and be able to add the refer a friend form here. Having more flexibility with where we place the form instead of only having the option when someone clicks into a job

To be able to amend buttons on website
Things like 'view all' and 'learn more' buttons, we would like the option to change these. Especially as the view all and learn more are in lower case. We would like the flexibility to change to what fits our website.

Hide 'Tags' on Team / Campaign plug ins
To have the ability to hide the 'tags' on certain plug-ins, it would be ideal to be able to tag things more so we can display plug-ins better on the website, but with all the tags showing it can look very messy.

Add Reporting Lines for Contacts
reporting relationships between contacts is an essential for me as a lot of my work is client facing – I sometimes add new contacts to our legacy CRM in order to have a record of these reporting lines I can refer to, which isn’t ideal.

On the reports dashboard, display/give the option to show the KPI targets in comparison to ACTUAL activity logged
e.g. Offers Received KPI to be listed on the same graph as actual offers received, mirroring current KPI section on the main dashboard

Send CV on Spec from Contact record like you can with candidates
We know we can do it from a contact search, but it would be nice to have the functionality on a candidate record mirrored

Candidate Top Skill - Tick box functionality
When editing and adding skills to a candidate record you have to type the skills to add them. However, it would be better when editing the top skills to be given a list where you can tick everything you want to add to the record and then when you save keep the same layout.
