Manually log a speculative CV send
Option to be able to log that a spec CV has been sent to a contact outside of Firefish (for example, if a consultant has sent a spec CV to a contact on Outlook without using Firefish, still be able to go to the contact's profile and log the activity against both the contact and the candidate profile without requiring "preferences" and "matches" update and workflow.

follow ups
All follow-ups are tied to the channel, so if I call, then email, I get the option to follow up on both (creates duplication).
Could we set one next action after any activity, with options like call, email, LinkedIn or text, to build a simple multi-channel cadence in one place?

Have the ability to reply to candidates text messages from Outlook rather than just FireFish
It would be great to be able to reply to candidates text messages directly from Outlook rather than having to go onto their file on FF and send a fresh text.

Add a Recruiter note when moving an applicant to Considering.
When rejecting or deleting an applicant, you have the option to add a note (and send an email where appropriate) . If the same functionality was included when moving an applicant to Considering (but a Recruiter Note) it would negate the need to open the job, find the applicant in the Considering list and add a recruiter note there. Adding a note to the candidate in the Considering list is a workaround, but it is not an integrated part of the workflow, means you always have to have two tabs open (to jump between the advert and the job), and…

Refer a friend as a contact form option to add onto different pages on the website
we would like to have a page on the website dedicated to 'refer a friend' and be able to add the refer a friend form here. Having more flexibility with where we place the form instead of only having the option when someone clicks into a job

To be able to amend buttons on website
Things like 'view all' and 'learn more' buttons, we would like the option to change these. Especially as the view all and learn more are in lower case. We would like the flexibility to change to what fits our website.

Hide 'Tags' on Team / Campaign plug ins
To have the ability to hide the 'tags' on certain plug-ins, it would be ideal to be able to tag things more so we can display plug-ins better on the website, but with all the tags showing it can look very messy.

Add Reporting Lines for Contacts
reporting relationships between contacts is an essential for me as a lot of my work is client facing – I sometimes add new contacts to our legacy CRM in order to have a record of these reporting lines I can refer to, which isn’t ideal.

Send CV on Spec from Contact record like you can with candidates
We know we can do it from a contact search, but it would be nice to have the functionality on a candidate record mirrored
