Tick which level of Qualification
Be able to have an option to categories candidates as either being Executive, Fully Qualified, Part Qualified or Transactional. This would help when searching for candidates.

Assign Offices to candidates
Like with recruiters being tagged as "owners" to candidate profiles it would be useful to add "office" as some recruiters share, candidates, contacts and clients. It would help with searching and managing relationships

'Known As' field on Company record
Company registered name and the name they go by can be different. When we make placements, it's the official name on FF that gets pulled through and sent to candidates, clients etc, so it can lead to confusion, and repurposing an existing field doesn't help

Report on Calendar or Fiscal Year
At the moment on the reports dashboard 'This Year' respects the start month setting within the regional settings.
It would be good to be able to select if 'This Year' shows the calendar year or the Fiscal year to give more flexibility when reporting.4 votes -
Add options for 'by week' and 'by month' to variable rates
When adding variable pay rates to a job, the current frequency options are 'per hour' and 'per day', to make this more flexible, add options for 'by week' and 'by month'.

Add preferences to the candidate popout view
When viewing a candidate record in the 'preview' pop-out module, add the tab for 'Preferences' into the view without having to open the full record.

The ability to create 'teams' or 'groups' of users within the system to make it easier to filter on user dropdowns.

LinkedIn Extension - Note field
When adding records from LinkedIn it would be useful to have a notes section where you can add a few lines in while using the extension in stead of having to go into the system to do this one the record is created.

Separate Scroll for Recent Activity
It would be great if the recent activity panel on the right had its own scroll for moving through the recent actions, whilst the main tab you are viewing on the record stays in situ.
This would allow users to view the profile information, whilst scrolling back to previous sms/emails etc for example.

Duplicate lists - retaining search parameters
It would be useful to duplicate a list so that all the search parameters remain the same - so perhaps one or two elements or the name could be changed when needed.

Notify candidate owner when a candidate updates from candidate portal
When a candidate updates any fields inside the candidate portal, the candidate owner should receive a notification that this has happened via the dashboard and/or email

It would be great to have the option to run a Data Cleanse option.
You should be able to run a Data Cleanse using parameters (fields that are import to you i.e post code, visa status, telephone number etc.) that will return a list of candidates that are missing any of this data. You should then be able to bulk email the candidates specifying the fields they need to update within their profile. This would allow us to really clean up the data.
