Ability to select the ranges for colour coding on KPI report. Would like to be able to set it so amber isn't displayed until a target is 75% met

Adding candidate owner to potential matches tab on jobs
It would be really helpful if the Candidate Owner could be added as a field to the Potential Matches tab on Jobs. Then Recruiters could check through their own candidate lists more easily.

Make Job Spec Mandatory
Can we please have a setting that would allow us to make the Job Profile document within the job workflow mandatory

allow Job title to be changed and saved regardless of last job on original CV
Firefish autopopulates the field and doesnt allow to change it after you've uploaded the original CV

Downloading Documents from website
When site visitors are downloading reports or documents from your website it would be good to implement the requirement for that person to register to the database before having the ability to download the documents.

Add a label in front of InterviewLocationorMedium fields to make a clear distinction on what each part is.. So add the URL label for Video and Online Test options and Password/ID

The ability to toggle preference search as 'and' instead of 'or'
For example, we want to see people who have ticked both 'Compliance Manager' and 'Qualified Lawyer', rather than 'Compliance Manager' or 'Qualified Lawyer'

Reports Dashboard Data Columns sort order
When selecting columns from the Data tab (creating or editing a new card) in the Reports Dashboard - there is no specific ordering logic to the options available - feels like they should be alphabetical in line with the system

Vacancy Alerts Sent Once to Candidates for a specif job regardless of it the advert is reposted.
Vacancy Alerts should only be sent to a candidate once for a particular advert i.e. if you copy the advert to refresh it - the candidates shouldn't receive another vacancy alert. The reason is that the same unsuitable candidates keep expressing an interest when we post a refreshed (copy) advert and then ask us why they keep receiving them in the first place if they are not suitable!
