Any chance we could have a preference field for remote only, hybrid or office working options
Upon registering a candidate, we always ask what their preference is for remote only, hybrid or office working. It would be great if FF could create some field options for these categories. Thanks

Assign To-Do List Tasks to other users on the system
Have the ability on creating a follow up task to assign it to another user on the system to appear in their to do list.

The ability to change the company on a job
This would be particularly helpful if the wrong company is assigned to the job in error, i.e. a parent company instead of a child company

Run a report showing invalid email addresses on contacts/candidates
It would be helpful to be able to create a report on invalid email addresses so that users can update their system.

Added functionality for Linkedin Plugin
Couple of additional features which would be incredibly helpful when adding new client contacts using the new plugin:
The plugin to recognise and auto-populate the current employer details - it's a standard field on someone's Linkedin page, so should be simple to add. Of course, with the ability to manually over-ride if it's not correct. Or with the ability to select from a dropdown function which scrapes their last 2 or 3 employers, just in case they're showing multiple 'current' employers.
The ability to create a new company record, should no company of that name already exist. Rather than having…

We have lots of ideas for how we could improve the Extension in future versions - some more easily achieved than others, but it would be great to hear the communities thoughts on what we could do.
As such, We'll use this thread as a placeholder, open it for voting and incorporate similar threads into this one so that everyone can keep track of what's going on.

Auto Opt-in marketing options
If you choose to go against GDPR and auto opt-in candidates to marketing, this doesn't capture candidates coming via job boards as they bypass the reg form, so would be good in this instance to have a setting that could auto-opt in these application if the client enables this

Ability to configure multiple success pages
Currently we only have one success page for all applications made through FireFish, however we'd like to be able to split this out by type of role into seperate success pages.

Email Template - New Registration through a application
When a new candidate registers to the database by applying to a role they currently receive two emails. Application Acknowledge and Candidate Welcome – No Password.
It would be good for a new template to be created that is sent for when candidates apply to a job but register at the same instead of two emails being sent separately

Allow Temp To Perm for Placed Candidates

Calendar Link
Create a setting in user profiles that would allow the user to insert their calendar/meeting link and this should then be available as a merge field in all email templates

Report on expiring compliance details
Currently, it is not possible to report on expiring compliance details within the reports dashboard.
The expiry date of compliance details shows as a column, however it would be good to be able to report on details that are expiring in the upcoming week/ month.

The ability to update the font on merge field 'CandidateRates'
Currently as the merge field generates a table, the table is blocking the merge field from updating the font to match the rest of the email template it is inserted on.

The ability to log multiple users against interview
Similar to logging splits to placements. Sometimes staff work together on the same role and it would improve reporting if this were possible.

Ability to log calls on a job rather than a note - Tag to candidates and clients also
To be able to log a call on a job that also tags the client and the candidate i.e logging interview feedback, updates on jobs and aftercare.
