  2. Associated Companies in Potential Matches

    Pulling associated companies into the potential matches list to potentially create a filter option to select associated companies.

    Ensuring relevant contacts at associated companies appear when location radius is filtered accordingly.

  5. Copy contact preferences

    If you could copy contact preferences (similar to adding 'create similar' when adding a job) for new contacts. This would be useful when adding contacts from the same company who are likely to need the same preference options

  6. Lock Tags - so that only authorised people could add/remove them

    If there was an option to make tags only editable by certain users to avoid irrelevant ones being added or important ones deleted

  7. Run a report showing invalid email addresses on contacts/candidates

  8. New candidate upload via Add-in - Postcode, address and other modules

    The ability when adding new candidates to the CRM via the Add-in/Chrome Extension, to include Postcode and address so you can fill it all out in one place (but not making it mandatory) meaning the record card for the candidate is as complete as possible, rather than having to go two or three steps further into the record card.

  10. Added functionality for Linkedin Plugin

    Couple of additional features which would be incredibly helpful when adding new client contacts using the new plugin:

    1. The plugin to recognise and auto-populate the current employer details - it's a standard field on someone's Linkedin page, so should be simple to add. Of course, with the ability to manually over-ride if it's not correct. Or with the ability to select from a dropdown function which scrapes their last 2 or 3 employers, just in case they're showing multiple 'current' employers.

    2. The ability to create a new company record, should no company of that name already exist. Rather than having…

    Thanks for your ideas! 


    We have lots of ideas for how we could improve the Extension in future versions - some more easily achieved than others, but it would be great to hear the communities thoughts on what we could do.


    As such, We'll use this thread as a placeholder, open it for voting and incorporate similar threads into this one so that everyone can keep track of what's going on.

  11. Auto Opt-in marketing options

    If you choose to go against GDPR and auto opt-in candidates to marketing, this doesn't capture candidates coming via job boards as they bypass the reg form, so would be good in this instance to have a setting that could auto-opt in these application if the client enables this

  14. Can we change / reverse the colours used to flag jobs

    Can we change / reverse the colours used to flag jobs as the current traffic light system is in reverse order with Red meaning go / high priority and green low priority. As an agency that grades our vacancies for prioritising workload would add a lot of value if green means go and red stop!

  17. Any chance we could have a preference field for remote only, hybrid or office working options

    Upon registering a candidate, we always ask what their preference is for remote only, hybrid or office working. It would be great if FF could create some field options for these categories. Thanks

  20. The ability to change the company on a job

    This would be particularly helpful if the wrong company is assigned to the job in error, i.e. a parent company instead of a child company
