Manual Registration Email Template - Password Merge Field
Within Email Templates > Candidate > Registration > Manual Registration. It would be good to have the ability to add a password merge field for the portal so that when you are manually registering a candidate and use the legitimate interest option a password is generated for the portal allowing them to login.

Mark roles as confidential
Hi, we handle a few roles which are confidential. It would be amazing if we could have a way of marking these roles on the system and having that show next to the role rather than putting confidential in the job title.
It's necessary to mark them appropriately, so when our Resources are talking to candidates, they don't disclose the company or don't mention the role at all.On that note, it would also be advantageous to have an ON HOLD option. You can select that as an option when you close a job, but we do have instances where…

Add files in candidate details as attachments to emails
As candidates add files to the details tab, and many of these are relevant to clients it would be good to be able to select from the attachments in a candidates details to email to a contact, either when speccing a CV or from a Job

Change pay/charge rates on placed temp jobs without the need to end & extend placement
Having the ability to make planned changes to temp pay and charge rates without having to end the placement and then extend with new pay/charge rates would be a big. Something as simple as edit- "pay/charge and date change to take effect from" would be better than going into each placement and ending it first, then setting up an extension with new rates - this is time-consuming and too many steps for a simple rate change. Every time there is a minimum wage change or update to NI/ or parity pay kicks in after 12 weeks etc we have to…

Include applications in job
Would be good to be able to see a tab of applications within the job, without having to navigate to the advert. The job doesn't give a complete picture currently.

Add compliance detail to job module of reports dashboard
specifically looking at contract placements most placement reporting will require some level on compliance columns of those reports so having this added to the placements report would help with having all the candidate information in one place

Potential Matches Side Panel
At the moment the potential matches show at job creation and then remain on the summary when a job is created.
It would be good to move the potential match fields into a side panel on the potential matches tab to consolidate these fields onto a single page.

Private Jobs
have the option to create a job as 'private' so no other users can see the jobs, i.e. internal vacancies

Improved formatting CV tool
CVs with images or text boxes can be difficult to navigate within the current formatter.
Not all merge fields from candidate profiles are available - i.e. certifications. Expand available merge fields.
Original CV should be a merge field option rather than automatically included.
A great improvement would be to allow the creation of a formatted CV from scratch, without requiring an original CV to be present.

Ability to reorder custom fields
When using the full range of available custom field (especially for jobs) it can look quite messy with the different dropdown and text fields (screenshot attached) it would be good if we had the ability to sort these into a different order either like we can on the compliance details with a drag and drop or a sort button like we have in the dropdown settings.

Changing date of note when adding a note
When adding a note to the system it would be good to be able to choose a different date for that note.
For example if you are out of the office all day and can only add the notes from any site visits the next day then we need to be able to change the date to the date the site was actually visited

Enable a feature to be able to add and save custom terms that are not purely on salary - for example exclusive/multi-agency or flat fees.
