Downloading Documents from website
When site visitors are downloading reports or documents from your website it would be good to implement the requirement for that person to register to the database before having the ability to download the documents.

Reports Dashboard Data Columns sort order
When selecting columns from the Data tab (creating or editing a new card) in the Reports Dashboard - there is no specific ordering logic to the options available - feels like they should be alphabetical in line with the system

When duplicating a job, provide the option to bring candidates to the new job
When creating a similair job from an existing job, provide the option to carryover any existing candidates associated with the original job into the new one.

Vacancy Alerts Sent Once to Candidates for a specif job regardless of it the advert is reposted.
Vacancy Alerts should only be sent to a candidate once for a particular advert i.e. if you copy the advert to refresh it - the candidates shouldn't receive another vacancy alert. The reason is that the same unsuitable candidates keep expressing an interest when we post a refreshed (copy) advert and then ask us why they keep receiving them in the first place if they are not suitable!

prospects tab call lists
fish' data from prosepcts tab - into a report card, giving you the ability to create a call back list i.e. filtering a card with any orange fish for all your owned adverts, as right now you would need to click into each individual advert

Associate Emails to candidate/contact records when they are not a recipient
If you you email a client or regulatory body about a candidate, without candidate cc'd, want to be able to choose to also associate thee email to the candidate record too

Move or duplicate the remove and not progressing buttons on the considering tab to the bottom
This would be more inline with other similar buttons on the workflow, and would make it easier to find the buttons.

AI Prompt Searching
Instead of using the current tick/drop down search criteria, it would be great to have AI searching whereby we type out a prompt such as 'managers in Glasgow who I haven't contacted in the last three months' and the system will produce a list of results, not just based on preferences but on notes/employment history/etc
LinkedIn Recruiter have a similar functionality

Add Sources to API Linked Actions
Now that we have Channel and Source tracking for Adverts and the Job Workflow, we should extend this functionality to the wider API.
Currently we have placeholders added into the notes for each action however we should make sure that each action can be attributed properly per API Profile, so that we have a consistent UI experience and also easier reporting.
