Add progress bar to CV on Spec emails
Similar to the progress bar that shows when bulk email and bulk CV on spec emails are being sent it would be good to add this into the send CV on spec workflow in the potential Matches tab of Candidate/Contact.

Ignore location on Candidate / Contact Potential Matches
Currently on Job Configuration, we can choose to ignore location score and filter etc.
It would be good if we had the same configurability within the candidate & contact Potential Match tabs EG ignore location.

Don't allow the rank to change when filters are applied on the applications tab
At the moment, the rank on applications will change once filters are applied.
At the least it would be nice to toggle this option off/on

Scrape Direct Employer Vacancies from web
To find jobs they are on linkedin & all the usual job boards - its just a matter of making sure the scraping is from direct employers vacancies they bring through (not agency jobs). - so a job is found for say a Mechanical Engineer & it brings up from your database all the Mechanical engineers registered that might match the vacancy.

ability to bulk edit data
In our previous CRM admins were able to bulk edit data to keep in clean. Examples include changing marketing subscriptions in bulk to no, when the email address hasn't been entered. It may be just because we have recently migrated and are still cleaning up our data but we are finding a fair amount of manual clean up going on

Contact Calls Improvements
On the contact calls page, rather than having to select a contact or numerous contacts and then having to scroll down to the bottom to delete. Can you put a delete box next to it so we can delete as we go along
Would you be able to add a colour code system to the contact calls list so we can prioritise our order or be able to see the call notes on the main page
Also, can we have canvas call on the side as well as follow up calls.

Approve candidate registrations before they are added to the system
At the moment you can review and delete, but a better system would be to alert us before the candidate is even on the system so that we can approve or deny

Additional Sales Invoicing through Xero
It would be great if additional sales could be passed to the Xero integration, these are being invoiced to clients so we would expect them to be passed along with the placement details.

Marketing/Job Alert Opt-In - reminder x amount of time after placement
If you opt candidate's out at placement stage, getting a reminder to opt them in say 2 years after placement or when their contract is ending to ensure they don;t get lost, as often you don't want to include them in alerts whilst placed but could miss re-targetting opportunities down the line
