User Permission Setting
Add in a user permission setting to the user management module that hides the teams drop downs from the different roles

Create tab in the Recruitment tab capturing which job descriptions have been sent to the candidate.
Create a tab in the Recruitment tab from which it is possible to send job specs to a candidate and captures which job specs have been sent to the candidate.
Surely a critical part of the candidate journey.
As is the system only shows jobs candidate has been considered for but not if those jobs specs have been sent to the candidate.1 vote -
Customise Names of Probability Thumbs
To be able able to change the names of the probability levels on a job (The Thumbs up).
The current terms are not always appropriate and this would benefit users when looking at Forecasted Probability in the reports dashboard.

when using the email add in and responding to a candidate or client to set a follow up date which will then show on your dashboard
We want to track all KPI's but if we complete a follow up from our outlook, we have to manually go into Firefish to confirm a new follow up date.

Recruiter Summary GPT Prompts
the function is great, but it would be even better if you could set the general prompts on how to structure and specific things you want included, as often agencies will have a very specific way of how they want all to be structured.

Have an option that emails all the candidates in a job workflow when the job is filled. Ideally the template would be editable and push the candidate back to the customer website or candidate portal

maximum document upload size increase
The current maximum document size is 10mb but when a candidate is providing a portfolio which has a lot of images you can very quickly exceed this.
It would be good if we could double the current maximum to 20mb to cover those files that are larger.

Log all updates to existing placements/extensions
When updating e-sign contracts, existing placements and extensions only the original action is logged. This then gets updated. It would be useful to retain a log of updates for auditing.

Add tags to candidate profiles
Allow us to add tags to candidate profiles, the same way we can add tags to contact records. This would improve marketing lists and prevent us from using the skills tab on a candidate record, which candidates can see on their portal.

Ability to do a search that allows the user to search for records to cleanse the data.
Candidate to include has CV, Has formatted CV, Missing phone numbers, missing email address

Better checks on record duplication checks
Checking if a record is already created is difficult to navigate are results in consultants not bothering and creating duplicates.
Would be great if you were able to navigate to the actual record and get back to the list easily

Autopopulate the Forecasted sales on jobs when the expected fee or min/max salary is adjusted
Currently the autopopulate only works when you first add the job if the salary and % is inputted. If you update thereafter, it is not included.

Term & Conditions to also be sent on client interview stage.
When creating a offer on a perm job there is an option within the document library where you can add a document such as Term of Service as part of that email.
It would be good to have this same feature for the Employer Interview stage when sending the confirmation email to the client
