General Compliance - Override
With the addition of the general compliance. We need the ability to override this on a candidate record.
We need the ability to override from compliant to 'DO NOT PLACE' in in the event of a concern/complaint being raised against a worker. In the case of a medication error, for example, a full reflective statement and an interview would be required as a minimum before the nurse would be able to return to work.

Avoid the meeting setup step when going into Recruiter Interview,
Our recruiter interviews are not normally planned in advance - or not formally at the point where the candidate is moved into Recruiter Interview. Whilst we have amended the email out to be much more generic about timing, it's annoying to have to go through all the clicks to set up a dummy interview before sending. A checkbox to skip meeting setup or similar would be very helpful.

Reference Request Follow Up - Reference Document to attach to follow up emails
When using the reference request follow up on the to do list it doesn't currently attach the reference document from the documents library.
It would make sense for this to attach as you are sending a reminder for the reference to be completed but not attaching the document to be completed.

Reference Request - Follow Up Action
Right now when doing a reference request follow up on the to do list you are not able to do this for referees that are not a existing contact in Firefish. This is because the follow up is a contact action and without the contact record the action can't be assigned to any record.
We would be looking to change this to allow us to be able to follow up on references regardless of whether they are a contact or not. This is because not always will you want references from candidates to be contact in our database as they…

CV Drag & Drop - Candidate Creation
Following the great work on the CV parsing it would be amazing to see further development on this feature by having the ability to only have to drag and drop a CV for the candidate record to be created rather than having to enter the name and email address.

Compliance Details - Ability to hide indiviual dropdown/text/doc/date types
When setting up a new compliance detail you have the ability to hide the details on the candidate portal.
This doesn't work when you only need to hide maybe the date and doc field but the candidate still needs to complete the text and dropdown field as once you hide the detail the whole thing is hidden for the candidate.
We need the ability to hide the individual detail types/tabs when creating these.

Candidate Portal - Gerneral Doc
The ability to add default documents to the candidate portal so that candidates can download the documents, completed and upload them back to the portal.
Along side this it would be good to have the ability to control which docs each candidate can view.

Add meeting type and meeting date to follow up note
We would like to be able to report on meetings that have taken place in the previous time period - ie there were 5 Intro meetings last week, and then to be able to easily see the notes associated with those meetings. It's currently only reportable on the date the note was added, which may be different - and the meetibg type is lost, it's just a general note.

Ability to customise or add fields to the ‘call’ action, e.g. Available Date and Notice Period
When logging a call, we have 3 fields available ‘Note Type’, ‘Notes’ and ‘Follow up’, it would be incredibly helpful if we could customise this or add to it.
The ability to update the available date and notice period from the log a call action is essential. Some consultants may want to be able to update other fields, like ‘DBS status’, ‘Current Salary’, ‘Own Transport’, or to record if the candidate is actively looking. This would save us from having to enter this information on the preferences tab.

I'd like the option on a candidate record to email all the contacts that the candidate has a past placement with.
This would be a great option for our really good contractors, so we can email the past hiring managers that had a positive experience with the candidate and offer their availability.

Create a job via the candidate profile
it would be handy to create a job (or placement) directly from the candidate record and automatically link them to it — rather than having to create the job separately and then search for and add the candidate afterwards.
