  2. View CV When Making Call / Taking Notes

    Currently you cannot view a candidate CV at the same time as making a phone call.

    For improved usability + data protection concerns, it would be very beneficial to be able to have a CV open within the CRM whilst making a call and taking notes.

    Currently you have to either:
    - download the CV (goes into your downloads folder with all candidates personal details)
    - Open a second tab and have Firefish open on both webpages. One for viewing the CV, and the other for taking notes.

  4. Re-book people on to jobs they've been on previously

    If a candidate has been on a job, left the job and then after a period of time rejoined the job you should be able to rebook them to the job without having to create a whole new job.

  10. Make Recruiter notes Editable

    All other note types are editable, but Recruiter notes aren’t – which means that if a mistake is made eg on rate, or if something changes during the process, the note can’t be updated.  Our recruiters are much keener on using the normal Notes directly on the profile because they are editable, but we want to keep the great functionality and visibility of the Recruiter notes.  They need to be editable both from the profile, and from the Considering list

  12. Make candidate, contact, company and job data fields available across all modules in reporting

    include being able to group data by any field

    We need to be able to group data by any field not just the included data fields from all modules in reporting to help us better understand crossover points between clients, jobs, and applicants.

    Eg by customer when it's not a job report, or by a custom field.

  14. Avoid the meeting setup step when going into Recruiter Interview,

    Our recruiter interviews are not normally planned in advance - or not formally at the point where the candidate is moved into Recruiter Interview. Whilst we have amended the email out to be much more generic about timing, it's annoying to have to go through all the clicks to set up a dummy interview before sending. A checkbox to skip meeting setup or similar would be very helpful.

  15. Projected Sales based on Days Booked

    We need the number of days per month to reflect the number of days we have sold in the period (ie if 6 days are sold over a 6 month period, it should show as 1 day per month)

  16. AWR Improvements

    The current AWR function only allows us to see how many candidates have been in a placement after a certain time period.
    In order for this to be tracked accurately it would beneficial to have a week counter that showed the total number of weeks that a candidate has been in the jobs, while also factoring breaks in the contract (e.g. holidays).
    It would also be beneficial to have a location to save the AWR entitlements (e.g. holidays, pay rate etc), in a space that is linked t the placement and the company record.

  17. Unsaved Changes on all tabs within a candidate record

    The reminder to save changes only seems to work on the "profile" and "pay" tabs of a candidate record. It would be great to have the consistency for this to work across all the other tabs.

  20. Temps report out on home screen

    It would be helpful to have a visual on the home screen of a live list of contractors, alongside weekly revenue they are generating alongside KPIs and Sales Plan.
