The ability to add custom terms based on exclusivity - one rate for sole agency and one for multi-agency as opposed to purely based on salary level.
Adding this to the jobs would also help in terms of prioritisation!

Candidate Portal - Gerneral Doc
The ability to add default documents to the candidate portal so that candidates can download the documents, completed and upload them back to the portal.
Along side this it would be good to have the ability to control which docs each candidate can view.

Searching for candidates by availability
Ability to search on a candidates availability.
For example, see if candidate(s) are looking for a day or night shifts on a particular day.

Job Coding - ability to select multple preferences
In job preferences you can only select one of each of the preferences. When coding up a job it would be helpful if you could select a preferred plus secondary options like you can when coding up a candidate.

Display less information in the "Contracts Out" window
The smaller text feels needless to me and overwhelming when you have 50+ Contracts Out. I understand an update is imminent allowing the fields displayed to be customised - at the same time can the sub-text be removed, otherwise, they'd be even more duplicated information than there is now (for example, I will want to add the Job location as a sortable field but the location is already shown in two other places. Furthermore, the site/company name is already showing 3 times). Thanks

Add more fields to the "Open Jobs" window
Currently minimal information is displayed, adding Start Date will provide clarity with regards to the urgency/priority each job requires

With the recent integration with Devyce, it would be really ideal if Firefish could look at integrating with CallswitchOne as a number of your customers will benefit from this.

Unfilled Positions Financial Report
a report to show unfilled positions and the financial value of this?
Eg a job had 5 positions, but only 2 were filled, so unfilled value = X ?

Add Timesheet Approvers as column to "Contract Status" Reports
This would allow us to report on what candidates are currently on a live placement and see the contacts set as timesheet approvers

Intergrate with RICS Recruit
It would be massively useful for us to have RICS Recruit to be integrated to FireFish as it's a key job board that we use.

The ability to see and search on 'last contacted date' by individual users rather than overall
For example, User A might reach out in November but User B reached out in May, and we want to see when the candidate of contact was last spoke to by User B.
This should not replace the current functionality but is to act as an additional refinement

Apply a divert to the SMS phone number
So that candidate's calling the number after receiving an SMS are diverted to the office line

When creating a formatted CV it would be good to have a merge field for pulling in the employment history

Be able to toggle skills off/on on the parsing tool
The new AI CV parsing tool is great, but it would be great to be able to switch off the skills element.
Sometimes people mention terms in their CVs which are picked up by the tool and added to their record, but the term might used in a different context to the skills listed in the background, and is therefore irrelevant.
