Field Automation - Field Mandatory Dependent on Other Selections
It would be great if fields could be made mandatory based on the previous selected fields, for example: if the status is not interested then the salary field is not mandatory

Alert when trying to leave a page with missing mandatory fields
When trying to leave a page with missing mandatory fields it would be good to have a pop-up telling us what is missing as it isn't very clear at the moment

select contact by name without having to select company
At the moment, if you are sending a CV on spec from a candidate record you need to select the company then contact.
If would be good if you could just select the contact name without having to know where they work

Actions From Leads
Please allow users to take Actions/Bulk Actions from the Leads Dashboard - this would allow us to manage these much better and move people through the pipeline and send comms in bulk.

Report based on business week ending, rather than business week starting
When reporting sales based on week starting, even when setting the start to the day after our end date, the weeks in a month are not accurate all year long.
For example, we report based on week ending on Friday. When we set our reporting to 'week starting' Saturday, in October, it says there are only 4 weeks, but for us, this would be five weeks.
This would be resolved if reporting was based on week ending.

Ability to sort on columns in potential matches like you can in searches. The critical fields are: Miles, Ranking and Hot status

Report on active placements in a given time period
At the moment you can report on placement start dates or candidate status. What we want to see is all active placements in a given period. For example if we search 01/01/25 to 01/02/25, we don't just want to see placements logged or starting in this time frame, but those which started beforehand and are still ongoing.

Expand the email pop up box
It would be good if we could expand and make the email pop up bigger so the full email content can be viewed.
It would also be good if there could be a spell checker and preview functionality like we have in the Reach section

Introduce a setting on universal search to dictate if archived/deleted records will show as well as live records
At the moment you have to go into the advanced search on one particular section (candidate, contact, etc) and search for archived/deleted records.

Candidate Availability
When the shift workflow is available, it would be good if a candidate had a way to confirm their own availability through the candidate portal.
A user could also update a candidates availability in the candidate record.
This should update the shift workflow to ensure candidates cannot be added to a shift when they are not available.

Role Specific Compliance Packages
Within each of our sectors there are roles that have specific compliance requirements. Being able to tailor the correct compliance package to specific roles would be a huge benefit. Currently, we can not make something mandatory without it becoming mandatory for everyone, but the requirements for a health care support worker are very different from those of a qualified nurse. A qualified nurse must have an NMC registration, while a HCSW does not, but if we make it mandatory it becomes mandatory for everyone. Role specific compliance requirements is an essential step.
