MPC Workflow

Archive documents
Alternative file storage - multiple documents - I have added some 'additional document' spaces,but wonder if there is a better solution. Archiving section, out of sight but accessible - some loaded documents would need to be recompleted at certain intervals, most affected being the DVLA check (every 3 months) - so recruiters would need to remove the current uploaded document and replace with new check, we would like to retain the previous checks but FF only offers a detele option. Adding multiple docs on just certain records, not all - some workers in certain clients may have client paperwork, so…

Sending email to accounts when a candidate has been moved to the Availability Pool for a job.

Extract a booking sheet with candidates
Ability to extract booking sheets that include full candidate details for each shift, as the current export only shows the shifts themselves. This limitation creates manual work when sending booking information to clients and prevents efficient reporting on booked workers, holidays, and availability.

Potential matches to score on available date
We would like to see potential matches to also score on how recent their available date is for contract workflows
Plenty of suitable candidates come up but often non of them are available and we cannot see their availability field on the view.1 vote -

Further keyword searching on jobs
It would be good for the keyword searching on jobs to be expanded to include more than just the job title. To include preferences, boolean and header/pinned notes.

Choose Column Headings from a list in "Jobs" the same as in "Contracts Out"
The new functionality for choosing and fixing the columns displayed in the "Contracts Out" window is great - can this please, please, PLEASE be replicated in the "Jobs" window too?
We use the Jobs window to see which jobs are open and so need to be worked on - it's a real pain choosing to see which are open, adding Start Date and Parent Company to aid prioritising, only for this to disappear if you accidentally close the window, easy to do as it's just called Current Search1 vote -
