Pay Details Dependent on PayType
It would be great if the mandatory nature of collecting pay details could be customised depending on the pay type selection. This would allow us to ensure pay details are captured for certain pay types, whilst bypassing the requirement for others.

Job filter ordering does not match configured dropdown order
On Marlin template job listing pages, the left-hand filter lists do not respect the configured order from System Config > Drop Downs > Preferences.

Quick note on a job to be pinned at the top of recent activity

Keep the ordering filters on a search when clicking in and out of it
When viewing your own adverts, and you order them via newest to oldest, once you open and job and go back to it, the search re-orders itself. Can we have it so it keeps the filters when we go off and on the search?

Unable to have a table in the quick note and note on a job
Copy and pasted profile notes template table into the quick note on a job and it didn’t paste the table, only the text

'Quick note' & 'note' box on a job is very small
When adding a quick note or not onto a job, the box which you type in is very small. If you write a lot you are unable to scroll to the top to proof read what you have written.

Not remove mobile number when adding candidates
When you add a cand onto FF, it requires you to add their name/ email address and phone number, so you do that in the pop up to create the candidate, then when they have a profile on FF, the phone number is the only thing that hasn’t transferred across so you then have to find the number and copy it into the boxes again.

Ability to upload a document under 'benefits' tab on clients
Most clients send a document of benefits and it's time consuming copying each bit into the relevant boxes - would be handy to have a clear place to store the benefits document. Would be amazing if the system can use that document to populate the 'benefits' boxes

Option to have only 100% matches in Potential Matches
At the moment the filter element of filter and score is only on the primary criteria (i.e. main location or discipline), and the secondary layer is only scored.

Client Contact Activity Tracking Enhancement
It would be highly beneficial to have the ability to search and report on when a client contact was last visited in person and when they were last contacted by phone.
As a business, we place significant importance on tracking client engagement and understanding the frequency of our interactions. Having clear visibility of when a contact was last called or visited enables consultants to effectively manage relationships, prioritise outreach activities, and identify contacts that may require re-engagement.
To support this, we would like the following fields to be available as columns within Contact Search results:

Candidate Portal - Gerneral Doc
The ability to add default documents to the candidate portal so that candidates can download the documents, completed and upload them back to the portal.
Along side this it would be good to have the ability to control which docs each candidate can view.
