Private talent pools not to show in the shared list at all
At the moment private talent pools show up in the list of shared talent pools, they aren't accessible to other users but it would be better for them not to show up at all

On the candidate portal, only show the advert reference number rather than the job reference number
Currently when a candidate is progressed to considered or another stage of the job work flow the candidate portal updates the reference number from the adverts to the jobs. This is leading to candidates attempting to apply again for the same advert, not realising they have already applied.

See most recent note against a candidate by hovering over their name
When hovering over a candidate's name in a search, talent pool or in the job workflow, it would be helpful to see the most recent note. I have added a screenshot where this would be beneficial to view.

Expand the pop up of header notes on a company record
As we have migrated client notes into here it can be difficult to read with the current exand and scroll; we need a much larger pop up to see it clearly.

Import call transcripts and use Chat GTP and the candidates CV to create candidate sales profiles.
If you could combine the information taken in a phone call with the data from a CV and utilise Chat GP to create a a sales profile that lives in Firefish and could be used to market out candidates to prospects that would save so much time

Display colours for disciplines or specialisations
Add the ability to link colours to specific disciplines or specialisations, and have those colours displayed on the job list page so that potential candidates can easily spot roles that would be suitable to their skills.

Interview Outlook calendar reminder to all consultants
It would be good for multiple consultants to receive an outlook calendar reminder when interviews are arranged via Firefish.
Currently it only goes to the person that arranges the interview, which is unhelpful when people are covering holidays or someone else has created the interview to help out.

Be able to log multiple email addresses against a contact or candidate
to log emails via Outlook to a candidate record, but the candidate has multiple email addresses, it might be a good idea if each record could log more than one email address against it.

Key point of contact
The be able to mark a user as a key point of contact within the user management. The could be multiple marked as key point of contact but there must always be at least one. When someone is a key point of contact they should have a layer over their image showing this, like the hiring overlay on linked in (see attached).
A key point of contact must then be selected when doing a renewal, this way we can tie who was involved on the clients side as well. A key point of contact must have

Short Term Contracts
Could we have the functionality to place candidates in occasional flexible contracts. At present we would need to book them on a new job each time we place them in few days of work. There are a lot of recruiters who will be hiring to have a candidate on day-to-day or occasional contracts.

Show page numbers were at the top of the search results screen as well as the bottom
Would be great to be able to scroll through the page numbers from the top of the search result as well as the bottom of the screen

InAutomotive - Filter locations while typing
Instead of picking from a large exhaustive list, it would be better to be able to start typing a location and have an autocomplete filter when using the InAutomotive job board.

Update candidate portal login email through the CRM rather than the current process
Currently you need to reset the candidate's password, login with the incorrect email then update the email address and reset the password again. It would be much simpler to amend the email address from the Portal tab on the Candidate record.

Be able to have the availibity to sort certificates in the profile tab to alphabetic / expiring order.

Make Job Profile attaching to Candidate CV Sent Email optional
At the moment when you send a candidate CV to a client via the job workflow, an auto email is populated to the candidate to inform them their CV has been sent and attaches the Job Profile if one has been added to the job.
It would be good if attaching the Job Profile to the email was optional...A setting in general settings to switch off attaching the job profile to the candidate.
