Add people by name in a contact/candidate search
It would be very helpful and more efficient to add people by name to an existing candidate/contact search as an additional feature. Currently when running a search, if you're using multiple filters, some people could be left out, either because the coding for the person hasn't been set up right or just simply by accidentally removing someone. Therefore it would be really useful to have a feature where you could add people by name like you can in the 'considering' function. This is currently possible using Talent Pools, which are like Saved Searches only they allow you to build dynamic candidate lists which update automatically based on your live candidate data. Talent Pools are a feature on our Professional package. I can ask one of the team to get in touch if this is something you’d be interested in?
As you’ve mentioned, this isn’t possible at the moment in a Saved Search so I’ll keep this suggestion open so it can gain support/votes from other users.

Compliance Module for out of date records
It would be helpful for there to be an option to bulk email all candidates who have not been contacted for a certain amount of time to confirm if they still want to be on the database. If a candidate is unsubscribed from email marketing, it is difficult to mail this group and track it through Firefish.
A separate module within the compliance section to email all candidates who have not engaged within a certain time period (2 years) would be really useful for this.10 votes -
Bespoke KPIs
As a company we have different names for our KPIs to the names on the system.
For the teams to report what is going on we often get discrepancies as to what they should be logging their KPIs as.

Allow a placement to be split between more than 3 consultants
Raise the split option on a placement to more than 3 consultants, we ideally need 5 or 6!

Potential job matches on a candidate record
When we put a new candidate on the system they will automatically drop into potential matches in a job but without going in to the jobs individually we can't see which ones they have dropped in to. If the candidate record had a separate section which listed the potential live jobs they have dropped in to then we could quickly see if we have any live jobs for that candidate that we can contact them about. Availability date updated by call or action
We speak to new and passive candidates every day. Some candidates will be currently in contracts weather its 2 days, two weeks or two months. Therefore, we need to be able to update their availability date quickly when speaking to them. So we can forecast when contractors are becoming available and target them.
It would be great if you could update their availability date in a update or proactive call.
Also, if preferences were update by recruiters it would also prompt them so making it dynamic by when an action is completed of qualifying the candidate or updating their preferences.9 votes -

Changing hourly rates to day rates on Offer screen

When making an offer, it would be good if we could change the rates from hourly to daily on the offer set up screen rather than have to go back into the vacancy page to change it. It's time consuming and you lose data you have entered on the offer screen.9 votes -
Segment email marketing responses between opened and unread
It would be great if Firefish could segment responses for email marketing E.g. if you send out 100 emails and only 50 people open them, to then segment the 50 people who did open the email in order to keep the conversation open and candidates interested.

Temp scheduling function [Shift Scheduler]
Would be really great if there was a staff scheduling function on FF. So idea if you are working a job that requires the coordination of multiple candidates with multiple skills to fulfill multiple shift patterns. There are many out there but would be ideal to keep it all in one database!

Interview Requested
Please could we have a "REQUESTED INTERVIEW" button on the The Considering, Recruiter Interviews, CVs Sent & Employer Interviews tabs with an associated Action Note and updated Status (visible to us and the candidate via the portal) so that we know we have requested interview availability.
This should also generate a standard email to request availability to interview.
At the moment we request interview slots over the phone. Candidates prefer email we know, and this extra status event would give more dynamic information to them re where they are in the process and also remind them that we are waiting…

Potential Matches View-able from Open Jobs Page
Would it be possible to add a 'potential matches' column to the open/live jobs page. This would eliminate the need to go into each individual job to see if any newly registered candidates have dropped into a job.

Enable us to change the headings in the documents folder to suit the needs of our business. Many thanks
It would be great if those document headings could be something we could change individually as each FF customer will collate different types of documentation. This will reduce the need to store documents in other places and save us all time.

Enable you to tag multiple contacts at once
When tagging contacts, you should be able to multi click the contacts and add a tag to them in bulk.

Postcode distance search on Jobs
Currently you can search candidates and clients by postcode distance but not jobs. Can we have a postcode distance search so when we get a new candidate we can search what jobs we have for them within a certain distance?

Add individual PO numbers to the placement form for individual candidates rather than company ones
Have a separate box for individual PO numbers on the placement form email for accounts to pick up
