Placement Records - Sales AmountWhen inputting placement records, the sales amount is only calculated with the agreed salary. It would be great to have the option of calculating the sales amount with the total remuneration, as additional benefits value would need to be included in the total sales amount. 6 votesHi Sarah Thanks for your suggestion. Candidate Interview RemindersWould be great to have reminders sent automatically to candidates for their interviews. I.e. in the way tools like FRESHA work for beauty/hair salons 3 votes

Option to update Candidate GDPR status at anytimeIf a candidate verbally agrees to be compliant after the 'Consent Request' email goes out we have to wait 28 days to be able to manually reprocess them and change the status to Verbally Agreed. There should be an option for any user to change the status while on the phone to the candidate, at the touch of a button. Rather than relying on the candidate to log in to make this change. Do a bulk email to send out to candidates wishing them luck on their interviewAn email pulling the job details, job spec etc similar to an interview confirmation, where we can search today's interviews and send a bulk email wishing them good luck, 1 vote

Integrate with The Scoop - https://www.thescoop.co.uk/A job board integration so we can get the scoop to share job vacancies from FF to our profile on the scoop which also shows on your LinkedIn profile, lots more benefits to it but this would be a good start. Measure Contract Jobs and Placements in WEEKS not DAYSContracts are generally based on months. 6 months is standard, sometimes 3 or 4 or 12 for example. I would like to see the number of weeks e.g. 26 - for a 6 month contract, not the number of days - which is only relevant for Temps. I would like the system to calculate and end date based on a start date and a number of weeks. I would like to see this at JOB level and at PLACEMENT and EXTENSION level. Thanks, Natalie 1 vote

Increase Number of Vacancies per job allowed beyond the current 100Currently only 100 vacancies per job allowed. Can this be increased to allow any number, As with Contracts there could be up to 400 or 500 at any one time and currently this means a number of Jobs. It would be better for reporting etc if they were all under the one job 2 votes

Action options from advert applications page...Have advert applications where you can action candidates from the main list rather than having to go into each one….(like with the new registrations) 2 votes

Remove 'types' from interview confirmation optionsFrom an internal recruiter perspective when using FF as an ATS it would be beneficial to be able to make the 'types' field on interview confirmations a non compulsory field, it doesn't fit with our interview confirmations so I always have to enter something then remove it manually for the confirmation to make sense. 1 vote

Route Planner to Potential JobsHave route planner from the client/candidate file where you can search for a candidate/client name on a dropdown and once selected will produce a route planner from the candidate postcode to the client postcode. 1 vote

make job applicant notification emails link to vacancy workflowThe system emails to alert us of a job applicant should have a clickable link that takes us through to the vacancy workflow, i.e. to review/consider/reject the candidate's application. Currently, I have to log in and search for the applicant manually. 1 vote

Re-instate terminated candidates back into jobsometimes in temp a candidate is extended and then terminated as not needed but the client can call back in a couple of weeks wanting the same person - at the moment, if temp has been terminated, consultant would need ot create similar job, get it authorised and go through the compliance team again instead of being able to just add the terminated candidate back into workflow 60 votes

Optimise images in emails to improve branding/ look and readability of emails sent from FirefishWhen adding images into emails to incorporate our branding and to spruce up emails so they don’t look like a plain text email, the images aren’t optimised for both desktop and mobile. As a result, the images are blurry on desktop/ mobile when the emails are sent and this limits the use of images and videos in emails sent from this platform.

Bulk follow up email via the "contact emails" & "bulk emails" in the dashboardIt would be great to have a way to send a bulk follow up email via the "contact emails"/"bulk emails" in the dashboard - currently no way to send the same bulk email (and ideally scheduling further follow up emails) to all the contacts that appear in your "contact emails" & "bulk emails" in dashboard? 12 votes
