Ability to upload a document under 'benefits' tab on clients
Most clients send a document of benefits and it's time consuming copying each bit into the relevant boxes - would be handy to have a clear place to store the benefits document. Or even better, if the system can use that document to populate the 'benefits' boxes.

The ability to see and search on 'last contacted date' by individual users rather than overall
For example, User A might reach out in November but User B reached out in May, and we want to see when the candidate of contact was last spoke to by User B.
This should not replace the current functionality but is to act as an additional refinement

Would it be possible for the CV preview box to stay open whilst scrolling the profile?
I often want to fill in some missed data from the CV to the profile and it would be great if the CV preview remained open whilst I did this.

When new applications come into an advert, they should be owned by the advert owner, rather than have no owner

Reference Request Follow Up - Reference Document to attach to follow up emails
When using the reference request follow up on the to do list it doesn't currently attach the reference document from the documents library.
It would make sense for this to attach as you are sending a reminder for the reference to be completed but not attaching the document to be completed.

Marketing message pop ups on Firefish
Is there a way to turn off the new feature pop ups on Firefish?
I am not a decision maker, these are not useful, and just an interuption to my use of the system

Contacts linked to multiple sites for location searches
Contacts such as central recruiters to come up in location searches (postcode or county) from single contact page
Is there a way to link the parent and child organisation sites and postcodes to a contact so that for whichever sites that person may be relevant for spec CV sends will come up for each location added to them
The only workaround is to add multiple contact entities for the same person for each child entity but that creates duplication and also risks multiple central marketing going to them if not unsubscribed, let alone the additional time and administration

Job Documents - Ability to add more
Need the ability to add more documents to job, especially when working contract jobs as these require more documentation.

Have more identifying columns when using the quick search function
When searching for a candidate with a common name and there are multiple results it is difficult to identify the candidate you are looking for from the columns available. It would be great if you could add the job title field to enable quick identification.

Partner integration unsubscribe imporvements
When candidate's unsubscribe via a partner integration, have the initials of the candidate/contact show as the person who actioned this on the subscriptions tab
