  1. Further Improvement to SEO Redirects

    After implementing more prominent messaging for closed job adverts and disabling the apply button, there’s an additional issue to address. Currently, closed job adverts remain visible in Google search results, which is causing clutter and inflating the number of indexed pages in the search console.

    While closed adverts are intentionally kept accessible for up to two weeks post-closing to assist candidates, it's proposed that these pages automatically (or manually on a monthly basis) receive a "no index, no follow" tag after 30 days. This change would ensure Google stops crawling these pages, reducing outdated search results and improving SEO performance.

    I.e. Automatically set a payment type or engagement type on the candidate pay tab, or automatically set a location which pre-populates when a record is created, if not otherwise completed

  4. Require a new CV for each advert application

    Have the ability to disable the 'Use CV from Profile' thereby requiring a candidate to upload a new CV each time they make an application.

  6. Insert a link in the email alert which leads directly to the application in FF

    When a candidate applies to a role on our website we get an email alert
    Then we have to log into FF and find the candidate
    Can the alert have a link directly to the application on FF

  7. Log Candidate Detail updates in Recent Activity

    Log Recent Activity updates each time a candidate detail is updated (answer, by who, when). Not only will this make an audit trail, but it will also make detail updates reportable.

  9. Manual Registration Email Template - Password Merge Field

    Within Email Templates > Candidate > Registration > Manual Registration. It would be good to have the ability to add a password merge field for the portal so that when you are manually registering a candidate and use the legitimate interest option a password is generated for the portal allowing them to login.

  12. Mark roles as confidential

    Hi, we handle a few roles which are confidential. It would be amazing if we could have a way of marking these roles on the system and having that show next to the role rather than putting confidential in the job title.
    It's necessary to mark them appropriately, so when our Resources are talking to candidates, they don't disclose the company or don't mention the role at all.

    On that note, it would also be advantageous to have an ON HOLD option. You can select that as an option when you close a job, but we do have instances where…

  15. Change pay/charge rates on placed temp jobs without the need to end & extend placement

    Having the ability to make planned changes to temp pay and charge rates without having to end the placement and then extend with new pay/charge rates would be a big. Something as simple as edit- "pay/charge and date change to take effect from" would be better than going into each placement and ending it first, then setting up an extension with new rates - this is time-consuming and too many steps for a simple rate change. Every time there is a minimum wage change or update to NI/ or parity pay kicks in after 12 weeks etc we have to…

  16. Add compliance detail to job module of reports dashboard

    specifically looking at contract placements most placement reporting will require some level on compliance columns of those reports so having this added to the placements report would help with having all the candidate information in one place

  17. Potential Matches Side Panel

    At the moment the potential matches show at job creation and then remain on the summary when a job is created.

    It would be good to move the potential match fields into a side panel on the potential matches tab to consolidate these fields onto a single page.

  18. Candidate Availability

    When the shift workflow is available, it would be good if a candidate had a way to confirm their own availability through the candidate portal.

    A user could also update a candidates availability in the candidate record.

    This should update the shift workflow to ensure candidates cannot be added to a shift when they are not available.
