company status & ownership
Settings like the data retention that provide a list where you're automatically prompted to review certain status's/ownership
i.e If my 'active' status and exclusive ownership is only valid within 6 months of placement, there should be a way to get notification of this / that a company is up for grabs by any recruiter on the system to stop this data falling out of date as it's often not updated by recruiters.
You should also be able to set rules to give a company a set status when a particular action happens i.e. placement
And the ability to change status…

Option to select other users of Firefish when sending emails throughout Firefish from a dropdown list to CC in colleagues easily
Like we have the ability to CC multiple contacts when sending emails, we should be able to CC our team members from a drop drop down.

Allow job board credits to be grouped per team
To have a setting which allows job boards credits quota to be assigned per team or per person rather than just per person quotas

Add annual salary as an option under the contract tab
Some contract jobs are fixed term and are salaried per annum as opposed to per day or per hour
It would be good to set an additional option to have per annum as a pay rate on a job

To be able to delete a job
Can we be able to completely delete a job if created under the wrong company?

Automatic Star Rating
Automatically change the star rating of a candidate based on certain actions (as well as being able to manually change). For example, the candidate stars can change to 4 stars if they attend an employers interview, 5 stars if placed, and 2 stars if they don't attend an interview, 1 star if they fail the pre qualification.

allow you to enter an alias for companies that can be searched on
to help reduce duplicate companies being added with different spellings, or abbreviations

Custom Company Fields on Email Templates
Under System Configuration > Properties > Company none of these fields are available to use in the templates for placements. Could they be added please?

Added functionality for Linkedin Plugin
Couple of additional features which would be incredibly helpful when adding new client contacts using the new plugin:
The plugin to recognise and auto-populate the current employer details - it's a standard field on someone's Linkedin page, so should be simple to add. Of course, with the ability to manually over-ride if it's not correct. Or with the ability to select from a dropdown function which scrapes their last 2 or 3 employers, just in case they're showing multiple 'current' employers.
The ability to create a new company record, should no company of that name already exist. Rather than having…

We have lots of ideas for how we could improve the Extension in future versions - some more easily achieved than others, but it would be great to hear the communities thoughts on what we could do.

add esign functionality on to permanent job documents rather than just contract jobs
esign on a permanent job workflow would allow you to get clients to sign confirmation of offer letters or terms of business variation letters

Linked In prospecting drop down
When recording how we are contacting clients and candidates, it would be useful to be able to specify this as an option within an drop down menu.
Especially as Linked In is now integrated as a plug in.

Include job title & location in Candidate Registration Emails
Would be very helpful if when a candidate registers and we get the automated emails with their details - this included their job title and location.
Would enable us to spot candidates who register who match existing jobs as soon as they register.

Allow us to delete contacts
In line with GDPR we should be able to delete contacts. Currently we can only archive these within the system

I've updated this idea to "Open for Voting" and will rename it specifically for being able to delete Contact records.

Update the last updated date when sending a bulk email
We focus a lot of our searches on when the candidate was last contacted so we require the last updated date to include when a candidate was contacted by bulk email or a section for last updated to include call and bulk email updates.

Short Term Contracts
Could we have the functionality to place candidates in occasional flexible contracts. At present we would need to book them on a new job each time we place them in few days of work. There are a lot of recruiters who will be hiring to have a candidate on day-to-day or occasional contracts.

Report on Candidate Authorisation
To be able to report on candidates who are authorised vs not authorised within the Reports Dashboard.

Report on candidate compliance status at offer stage
Within the reports dashboard we want to be able to report on a candidates compliance status at offer stage.
We can view the candidates that are currently at offer stage, however, there is no group by option to view their compliance status.
