  1. Link contacts to company records in Outlook Addin

    When entering a new contact via Firefish for Outlook, it would be great to have a drop-down box where we can allocate the contact to a client/company - saving the need to go into the contact profile.

    When a contract placement is completed. the system reverts the status of the candidate to "Actively Looking" - It would be great if the status reverted to the availability the candidate had prior to the placement such as "Immediately Available"

  6. Creating Company contacts - adding a location

    When adding new company contacts it would be really useful to simply have an additional box to input a contact's "location" or "site location".

    This is useful for us because the 'companies' we work with have multiple sites and different divisions within each site. For now I am adding multiple tags to each contact as the chile/parent company format is more difficult to view which contacts are on which site / which division of that company. For example: Company "Leonardo Electronics" - Site Location "Edinburgh" - Tags "ECRS team".

  8. to have multiple documents attached to an email in the doc library

    To be able to have multiple documents "hard wired" to emails. For example, we may want to send out a word document as well as a contract. Currently we have to decide which one goes in the doc library and which we manually attach.

    Having access to multiple docs to be attached at source would limit forgetting to attach and make our processes more compliant.

    To be able to change the name of LTD in the jobs which also pulls through in the email template merge fields (i.e. total rate breakdown field)

    Within the job module on the reports dashboard we'd like to request the ability to filter by 'Awaiting E-sign'.

    At the moment the rates are a global setting controlled by the primary site, these should be able to be controlled on a per-site basis for enterprise, as a secondary site may have different requirements

    Have the option to do a margin calculation rather than a mark-up calculation for permanent placements. this is already supported on contract workflows so would be good to have the option on permanent as well

    To have a setting which allows job boards credits quota to be assigned per team or per person rather than just per person quotas

  17. Ability to save a job search

    It would be nice to have the ability to save a job search like you can do for candidates so that it is automatically populated as new jobs are added/closed with specific criteria set.

    So for instance if you want to save a search which shows all roles without adverts, or in a particular town etc. you can dip in and out of your saved searches rather than having to select all your criteria each time.

  18. Electronic Timesheets

    Electronic timesheets would really enhance the temporary side of Firefish. We find it hard to work through manual timesheets when queries pop up. Having the ability to complete and send timesheets electronically would make life easier for us, candidates and clients. Asking for if this could be integrated into firefish or allow a plugin to bolt on.

    to help reduce duplicate companies being added with different spellings, or abbreviations

  20. Custom Company Fields on Email Templates

    Under System Configuration > Properties > Company none of these fields are available to use in the templates for placements. Could they be added please?
