Make it clearer on the Candidate Portal that there are multiple sections to complete
It's very unclear on the candidate portal (especially on mobile!) that there are various sections which need to be completed by the candidate.
Please can you design the portal in a way that makes it obvious there are more areas to complete - is it also possible to amend the wording on the portal so we can outline exactly what sections should be completed by the candidate?
On mobile, you would only know there are more sections to complete if you clicked the burger menu on the top right. We are finding that many people completing the portal on a…

add pronouns next to candidate's names
It's almost LGBT+ month. I thought it'd be nice to add candidates pronouns next to their names or in the details page. It'll make a more inclusive environment for all

Enable notes to track hyper links rather than needing to paste the URL
Enable notes to track hyper links rather than needing to paste the URL.
In candidate summaries we include hyperlinks to relevant sites, eg company websites.
Currently need to open them all and cut and past entire URL, be much more efficient and useful for original hyperlink to work.1 vote -
offer a similar webpage to the jobs page but for candidates
where we could advertised candidates who are actively looking for work. I have seen a website that does something similar!

Add Interview Outcome Notes to Contact Record as well as Candidate
I'm not sure why MEETING NOTES for INTERVIEWS only appear on the Candidate record.
They need to appear on the CONTACT record as well.
In addition there should be two sets of MEETING NOTES for each INTERVIEW as clearly there are two sets of feedback not one.
i.e. One set from the Candidate and one set from the Contact

Integration with ActiveCampaign
Can FF consider establishing integration with ActiveCampaign - this would enable marketing automation and provide greater marketing analysis for email and social media marketing campaigns.

pull through messages received from/ sent to candidates via LinkedIn
I frequently find myself copying messages from my LinkedIn mailbox and pasting into the candidates summary page in Firefish

Allow temp workers to input the contact details of their referees at point of registration
For example when the candidate fills out their details on Firefish via their candidate portal, they have a page where they must input details of their referees with all their contact details (phone, email). The system then allows us to click "email referee" and would automatically generate the request a reference from there. (Options for 3 x ex-employer, education and character reference) Would save us having to chase / input referree details manually as it would form part of the registration process for temps and slicken the process.

attach the document to the profile that has been emailed
When we sent attachments i.e. word docs it would be great if that document automatically attached to the the candidate/contact profile - it would save a lot of time and make compliance much easier. An example is the KID doc needed for assignment details.

Placement Records - Sales Amount
When inputting placement records, the sales amount is only calculated with the agreed salary. It would be great to have the option of calculating the sales amount with the total remuneration, as additional benefits value would need to be included in the total sales amount.

Candidate Interview Reminders
Would be great to have reminders sent automatically to candidates for their interviews. I.e. in the way tools like FRESHA work for beauty/hair salons

Option to update Candidate GDPR status at anytime
If a candidate verbally agrees to be compliant after the 'Consent Request' email goes out we have to wait 28 days to be able to manually reprocess them and change the status to Verbally Agreed. There should be an option for any user to change the status while on the phone to the candidate, at the touch of a button. Rather than relying on the candidate to log in to make this change. Please vote for this everyone!

Do a bulk email to send out to candidates wishing them luck on their interview
An email pulling the job details, job spec etc similar to an interview confirmation, where we can search today's interviews and send a bulk email wishing them good luck,

Integrate with The Scoop - https://www.thescoop.co.uk/
A job board integration so we can get the scoop to share job vacancies from FF to our profile on the scoop which also shows on your LinkedIn profile, lots more benefits to it but this would be a good start. Creates a more appealing job ad etc.

Measure Contract Jobs and Placements in WEEKS not DAYS
Contracts are generally based on months. 6 months is standard, sometimes 3 or 4 or 12 for example.
I would like to see the number of weeks e.g. 26 - for a 6 month contract, not the number of days - which is only relevant for Temps.
I would like the system to calculate and end date based on a start date and a number of weeks.
I would like to see this at JOB level and at PLACEMENT and EXTENSION level.

Increase Number of Vacancies per job allowed beyond the current 100
Currently only 100 vacancies per job allowed. Can this be increased to allow any number, As with Contracts there could be up to 400 or 500 at any one time and currently this means a number of Jobs. It would be better for reporting etc if they were all under the one job
