When opening a calendar with a date already logged in the past, it would be better to open on today's date rather than the old date
I.e. on Availability field on the candidate record. The previous date might be years ago, so we need to free type in order to update (or skip ahead month-by-month which is time consuming)

Candidate / Client Profile Picture
Link the candidate and client image to their LinkedIn / Facebook profile to save me having to do it manually every time I add a new person.

Search Result lists
When working your way through a search result list of candidates and ticking them off as you go eventually after going into other record you lose all of the ticks and ultimately losing when you got up to on the search result. Would be good to have a feature where you don't lose where you got upto outside of opening the candidate records up in another tab

Add Forecasted sales Information to Job Record Header
Currently, when reporting on forecasted sales in the sales section near the bottom of a job record, you must enter the forecasted sales and date. However, these entries do not automatically appear in the report unless you update the probability thumbs at the top of the page. This requires users to scroll back to the top to update the thumbs after completing the forecasted information. To streamline this process, we propose relocating the probability thumbs next to the forecasted sales fields, as they are closely related. This change would enhance user efficiency and improve the overall workflow.

Creating a 3rd additional association/relationship between companies
As far as I know, it is only possible to have 2 associations/relationships between companies. It would be beneficial for us to have a 3rd option

The ability to make changes to the content on the refer a friend page
We offer a reward for referring friends so it would be great to be able to include this

Ability to log calls on a job rather than a note - Tag to candidates and clients also
To be able to log a call on a job that also tags the client and the candidate i.e logging interview feedback, updates on jobs and aftercare.

Any chance we could have a preference field for remote only, hybrid or office working options
Upon registering a candidate, we always ask what their preference is for remote only, hybrid or office working. It would be great if FF could create some field options for these categories. Thanks

Be able to add Outlook Add-In against shared email inboxes
It currently isn't possible to use the add-in on shared email inboxes which means you have to forward/move emails to a personal email inbox in order to add candidates to the system

Customisable Summary tab on candidate portal
To allow more customisation on the summary tab of the candidate portal where you can add direct links to information that candidates need to complete/read.
