Field automation - when certain answers are chosen on one field, other fields are auto updated
I.e. When a candidate is selected as inside IR35 on the Job summary page, the IR35 Framework Agreement and IR35 Status Determination are made blank on the candidate record

Dashboard Sales Plan/Temp Sales Improvement
It would be great if there was an option for temp sales to pull into the sales plan on a weekly basis rather than logged all at once. When terminations are logged it can end up with minuses in for the week it is logged, which is not actually accurate as it impacts previous figures

Assign To-Do List Tasks to other users on the system
Have the ability on creating a follow up task to assign it to another user on the system to appear in their to do list.

Report on Archive / Unarchive actions
The user Task for archiving, unarchiving and deleting candidates and contacts is missing from the reports dashboard.
It would be good if we could include this for completeness in reporting.

Tick which level of Qualification
Be able to have an option to categories candidates as either being Executive, Fully Qualified, Part Qualified or Transactional. This would help when searching for candidates.

Assign Offices to candidates
Like with recruiters being tagged as "owners" to candidate profiles it would be useful to add "office" as some recruiters share, candidates, contacts and clients. It would help with searching and managing relationships

'Known As' field on Company record
Company registered name and the name they go by can be different. When we make placements, it's the official name on FF that gets pulled through and sent to candidates, clients etc, so it can lead to confusion, and repurposing an existing field doesn't help

Report on Calendar or Fiscal Year
At the moment on the reports dashboard 'This Year' respects the start month setting within the regional settings.
It would be good to be able to select if 'This Year' shows the calendar year or the Fiscal year to give more flexibility when reporting.4 votes -
Add preferences to the candidate popout view
When viewing a candidate record in the 'preview' pop-out module, add the tab for 'Preferences' into the view without having to open the full record.

The ability to create 'teams' or 'groups' of users within the system to make it easier to filter on user dropdowns.

Did you know that Job Wrapping can help you save time by automatically importing open jobs from your Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or career site into LinkedIn Job Slots?
It appears that LinkedIn allow some kind of XML import/API connectivity between them and other systems. It would be good if we could get this as it will be in demand

Split out the Not Progress and Archive Email Templates
When you choose the "Action - Not Progressing” Email Template -The same template is used for sending candidate a Not Progress or archive update. We would like to split those out so we can have seperate templates for each

Separate Scroll for Recent Activity
It would be great if the recent activity panel on the right had its own scroll for moving through the recent actions, whilst the main tab you are viewing on the record stays in situ.
This would allow users to view the profile information, whilst scrolling back to previous sms/emails etc for example.

Multiple Contacts on the job
Would be useful to be able to add more than 1 contact on the job - often we need to send CVs to more than just 1 person..
