Warning when placing a candidate that is already currently in a live placement
When you place a candidate in a contract job there is not currently a warning telling you that this candidate is already in a live contract.
This would be good to have a fast paced temp desk as their could be several people talking to the same candidate for different roles and cannot always rely on the candidate letting the recruiter know.

Exclusion criteria on searches
I.e. if bulk emailing contacts but you don't want contacts from X company to show in the search results, it would be helpful to have someway to exclude them from showing in the results

Notification Pop Up for New Applications
The same way that outlook floats a little notification at the bottom corner of the screen for a new email, I think if FF created a similar feature for new applications coming in that would be quite cool. Sometimes I can be off engrossed on job boards searching for people and a really good person might have applied but because I am off doing something else, it can be a while before I realise there is an application! I think a little notification will just remind us to check back "when needed".

when using the email add in and responding to a candidate or client to set a follow up date which will then show on your dashboard
We want to track all KPI's but if we complete a follow up from our outlook, we have to manually go into Firefish to confirm a new follow up date.

Recruiter Summary GPT Prompts
the function is great, but it would be even better if you could set the general prompts on how to structure and specific things you want included, as often agencies will have a very specific way of how they want all to be structured.

Vetting Document
To have a template document kind of like the formatted CV which allows you to use the compliance details merge fields to create a vetting document for a candidate which can be sent to clients

Creating Company contacts - adding a location
When adding new company contacts it would be really useful to simply have an additional box to input a contact's "location" or "site location".
This is useful for us because the 'companies' we work with have multiple sites and different divisions within each site. For now I am adding multiple tags to each contact as the chile/parent company format is more difficult to view which contacts are on which site / which division of that company. For example: Company "Leonardo Electronics" - Site Location "Edinburgh" - Tags "ECRS team".

Within the job module on the reports dashboard we'd like to request the ability to filter by 'Awaiting E-sign'.

Implement a tool that when you insert postcode, it gives you a list of addresses for that postcode to select from to make address entry quicker

It would be good to have a placement tab on the company showing a list of all placements and other key info such as.

Enable you to tag multiple contacts at once
When tagging contacts, you should be able to multi click the contacts and add a tag to them in bulk.

Search for clients by postcode only and not radial
Our areas are defined by postcodes so to be able to search for all clients within a postcode area would be very handy

Archive documents
Alternative file storage - multiple documents - I have added some 'additional document' spaces,but wonder if there is a better solution. Archiving section, out of sight but accessible - some loaded documents would need to be recompleted at certain intervals, most affected being the DVLA check (every 3 months) - so recruiters would need to remove the current uploaded document and replace with new check, we would like to retain the previous checks but FF only offers a detele option. Adding multiple docs on just certain records, not all - some workers in certain clients may have client paperwork, so…

Extract a booking sheet with candidates
Ability to extract booking sheets that include full candidate details for each shift, as the current export only shows the shifts themselves. This limitation creates manual work when sending booking information to clients and prevents efficient reporting on booked workers, holidays, and availability.
